Our Stage 3 clutch kit packs a punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or during a race, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. Our smooth engagement and precise low-frequency feel will give you the confidence to tackle any obstacle. We have a huge quantityity of knowledge in CVT, a great passion for the sport and have spent many hours testing different configurations in the real world. Big performance gain in rmance because these 3-cylinder engines love to rev! The factory hangs on to these heavyweights, causing them to slowly increase the revs. Once you drive a properly clutched X3 that revs up quickly, you'll see the major difference. This comes into play if you're running heavier tires, UTV accessory ideas, riding dunes, or tuning your X3. Allowing the RPM to increase quickly is a huge difference and if your tunes are built like ours, they like to rev higher and this makes them accelerate much faster.
Our recoil clutch weights are feasily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, utv parts and accessories, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which has increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and additional surface lubricity. These clutch weights also offer excellent performance and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, without the need to purchase additional parts. The magnetic weights are the best option to properly place mass where we need it to get the best performance for your application.
Our fully adjustable propeller cut to size measure in this the kit is a game changer! We have been using this quick click secondary design on many other vehicles since 2008 bighorn 200 utv parts, and have not adapted to the X3 platform. This hel angleice is much better for acceleration because it allows the revs to build faster out of the gate and then load the engine up for wicked acceleration. The best part of this propeller is the ability to adjust your spring tension. This allows you to easily adjust the RPM with the secondary clutch, which is much easier than adjusting the primary X3.
Choose between two clutch styles propeller:
- Performance Helix 1053 is an aggressive Helix aimed at drivers of acceleration, higher power and fast, aggressive pace.
- The High Load Helix 1050 is slightly less aggressive than the 105.3 props with good acceleration/power transfer gains over the OEM prop. Designed with heavier vehicle, heavier tires, heavy sand load or crawling type driving in mind.
Target peak rpm for original ou any other setting with the rev limit set between 8300 and 8700 rpm is 7700-7900 rpm. For AA tunes and other tunes with a rev limit of 8800 to 9000 rpm, the target should be 7900 to 8300. Testing should be conducted on somewhat level ground, from a cruising from 10-20 mph to full WOT and the revs checked as increasing to 55-60 mph.
