We're happy to announce a power add-on option for 2021+ X3 RR models that's simple, cost-effective, and absolutely awesome!

All of this is done directly by turning the rotary switch for easy adjustments. on the fly. If desired, the switch can be disconnected and your last switch position will be saved. It's a plug & play device that installs easily and leaves no trace of its existence.

The 2021+ X3 RR is quick to take out of the box, but why stop there ? The potential of the X3 RR is much greater. The factory-supplied intake, turbocharger and intercooler on this model make it easy to increase horsepower while maintaining low intake temperatures. We are very impressed with what this UTV can do out of the box with very few modifications. The factory seemed to make the boost very lazy, while it peaks nicely around 18-19PSI (at us, UTV accessories for Defender, 1000 feet altitude), it takes a bit to get there.

Our tuning increases the coil, overall boost and also speeds up the peak increase. Huge gains in power and torque depending on desired tuning level and supported modifications.

Not just dyno tested! We are avid riders and, like the factory, a ton of testing is done in the field to make sure you get 110%. You simply can't get better testing than in the real world. Often we can make significant changes to further increase the power, handling and feel of the machine, which can never be done on the dyno. We have a longer history of tuning CVT and turbocharged vehicles than almost any competitor and it will show.

Boost Control Box vs ECU tuning: Although we always preferCalibrating a vehicle by changing the OEM ECU settings is simply not an easy task on these vehicles due to the insane 2048-bit security. The Boost Control Box allows us to do what is necessary for levels 1-4 to increase boost pressure and power output. This gives the greatest benefit/seat of the pants feeling and is all that is needed to put a smile on your face while you wax your buddy. The power gains are comparable to those seen on the 2020 X3 RR models where we can tune the ECU, so it's not like we're leaving much on the table by not directly tuning the ECU. The factory ECU calibration of the 2021+ coolant fanment, timing curves, utv parts australia, utv atv parts, 2 foot limiters and AFR enrichment during the spool. In the grand scheme of things, these are minimal things that don't need adjustment on the RR. We have some fixes for some of these things.

Throttle response fix: With the boost control box, we're missing the ability to bring the X3's dead pedal to life, but we have the solution! Our pedal control box will allow you to increase/decrease pedal response on the fly. This also allows you to adjust the throttle for a desired Valet/Kid.f mode. Learn more about the Pedal Control Box HERE Reverse Limiter Fix: The optional AA reverse override switch allows full power to be achieved in reverse without having to hold the OEM momentary switch. Simply return it and replace it.t stays on.

Speed Limiter Fix: We also have something in the works here, Coleman utv 400 parts diagram, stay tuned! A stock X3 RR on our dyno was 178 to 180 RWHP. with 32" tires and runs at approximately 18-19 PSI boost

Level 1 - 91-93 Octane - 188 RWHP / 210-215 Crank HP: Our Level 1 setting can run on a bone stock X3 RR with no clutch or exhaust modifications This tune runs on average at 19-20 PSI of boost and is very safe with great gains on 91 octane fuel. Stock wastegate spring pressure works best with this setting.

Level 2 - 91-93 Octane - 193 RWHP / 220-225 Crank HP: Our Level 2 setting is redesigned for 91-93 octane and is very safe This setting is absolutely crazy to be able to run on bone stock X3 RR.. Maximum boost is approx.on 22-23 PSI, and reduces to around 20-21 PSI. The stock clutch is generally fine, but our clutch kit will greatly help improve performance and control peak RPM. Our blow off valve kit is recommended. This tune will work great with stock exhausts, but even better with aftermarket exhausts. Your wastegate rod should be shortened 2 turns from the factory position with a crack pressure of 9-10 PSI.

Level 3 - 91-93 Octane MAX tune - 204 RWHP / 235 -240 Crank HP: Our Level 3 Tunes puts the hammer on 91-93 octane! It will peak at around 23-24 PSI and maintain around 22-23 PSI...about 1 PSI more than our Level 2. This is a big gain of 24 RWHP over factory, or 204- 205 RWHP on our test bench. Our blow off valve kit is highly recommended. This tune will work great with escapesoriginal pipes, but even better with aftermarket exhausts. If you ride hard like in the dunes, we suggest using 93 octane or increasing the octane to 91 with a booster, OR upgrading to an aftermarket exhaust will remove enough heat of the engine to operate.91 octane. Your wastegate rod should be shortened 4 turns from the factory position with a crack pressure of 11-12 PSI.

Level 4 - 95-100 Octane - Beast Mode - 213 RWHP / 250-255 Crank HP: This Tune is rated for 95-100 octane and was developed using a can of unleaded VP Octanium in a fuel tank. Mixing other racing fuels with the setting to get 95-100 octane would work great, just keep in mind that leaded fuels can damage O2 sensors with constant use of leaded fuel. Notsounds now to the fun part...this tune is INSANE for a stock turbo tune and takes your X3 RR to a new level at 213 RWHP on our dyno. This is a 33 RWHP gain and pushes to 25-26 peak PSI, then settles down to 24-25 PSI. There are a few other problems with this tune...the speedometer has trouble keeping up with the wicked acceleration and the tires keep burning. A free-flowing exhaust like our 3" system is highly recommended for proper power. The clutch is necessary to control peak RPM. Your wastegat stem should be shortened 6 turns from the factory position with pressure of crack of 12-13 PSI Our blow off valve kit is HIGHLY recommended to avoid damage to the turbo.

Tuning Levels Explained: We have 3 different gas pump tunes for customer. can set the vehicle to a usable power level wherever it ise found, and it's somewhat of an RPM cheat. Let's say you're primarily trail running and don't need level 3 power... but you're going to the dunes. You can run level 1 on the trails and adjust your clutches for that, then when you go to the dunes, go up to level 2 or 3 and increase the maximum RPM without adjusting the clutch. Sometimes clutching still needs to be done for best performance, but this at least reduces the gap so you usually don't have to adjust the weights or propeller. For us, this is ideal for short trips where you simply don't have time to change the clutch. Exhaust: We have found that the exhaust on these vehicles flows very well for the factory, but remains restrictive when spooling. WhereOn the test bench you can see this and feel that on the ground. The more boost you run, the more power is retained.With Levels 3 and 4 we were able to see RWHP gains of 6-8 from 0-50 compared to the OEM exhaust. After about 55-60 MPH the stock exhaust/power level is within a few % of aftermarket. Plus, aftermarket exhausts like ours will remove heat MUCH better, so your X3 RR will perform more consistently and more powerfully during hard driving. maximum boost are listed for reference only. Altitude, tns 650 utv parts, temperature, charge temperature, intercooler temperature and many other conditions play a role in final boost horsepower.

To avoid overheating damage the turbocharger, we highly recommend our blow off valve kit on Level. 3 pieces or more. Level 4 and above, the discharge valve is absolutely necessary. By using as muche boost, turbo surge can be a real problem when moving in or out of the throttle.

Why does AA tune to the others? We've been tuning UTVs with clutch CVTes for a long time, longer than almost anyone in our field since the 800 RZR. Properly tuning a vehicle CVT is not an easy task because you have so many variables at once. We spend the time to properly run the dyno (with real UTV tires) through modification, and have advanced ECU calibration and clutch knowledge to do this. Each change in power can cause us to change the clutch several times. We also develop most of our support mods so we know everything works properly and build parts to fit the vehicles needs. Finally and honestly, the most important; we then support our results with real tests on local trailsux and in our facilities on 110 acres. It's this combination that really makes the difference and why AA normally has a faster vehicle with the same or lower power rating.
