The kit ONLY fits 2022-later X3RRs with the silver MG1 ECU and P-Drive primary clutch. Does not work with earlier 2021 models with 6-arm primary clutch.

Lock and load! This Stage 3 kit delivers a big boost in horsepower and streamlined torque in a simple package. The X3's increased boost, BOV, Catch Can, clutch and exhaust go together like high-powered guns and tannerite. Together, they deliver a huge gain in power to the wheels. The AA Boost Box allows for great power depending on the level, supporting the mods and fuel you want to use. The clutch allows the revs to increase more quickly and reach the higher revs where the best power to the wheels is produced in the real world. The exhaust eliminates heat and has less back pressure, adding power, mule 3010 utv parts, 6 ply utv tires, and making it easier to operate.longer and more consistent operation. The latch ensures that you don't push oil/water vapor/fuel into your intact tract under heavy pushing. The wastegate is necessary to avoid damage to the turbo when releasing the throttle on the highest tunes.

This kit is best combined with any tune, yamaha utv parts 2014, but is more necessary when performing melody level 3 or higher.  Learn more about it below in our tune-specific descriptions.

The 2022+ X3 RR is quick out of the box, but why stop there? The potential of this X3 RR is much greater. Intake, turbocharger and intercooler upgrades on this model make it easy to increase horsepower while maintaining low intake temperatures. We are very impressed with what this UTV can do out of the box with very little modification.cations. The factory seemed to make the boost very lazy, while it peaks well around 18-19 PSI (at our location, 1000 feet above sea level), it takes a bit to get there. Our Boost Box allows for much faster peak boost (especially when combined with the AA Throttle Box). The factory also drops boost off a cliff above 8,000 rpm. Our Boost Box will hold the boost much better at higher rpm to maintain power and allow you to clutch at higher rpm where these engines like to run. Not just bench tested! We are avid riders and, like the factory, a ton of testing is done in the field to make sure you get 110%. Often we can make significant changes to further increase the power, handling and feel of the machine that never can.but be done on the test bench. We grant maximum power for fuel and support mods. You won't find more power, no matter what anyone else claims. We also have more experience than almost any competitor in tuning CVT vehicles with turbochargers.

Level 1 - 91-93 Octane - 188 RWHP / 210-215 Crank HP: Our Tuning level 1 can work on an X3 RR bone stock without clutch or exhaust modifications. This tune operates on average between 19 and 20 PSI of boost and is very safe with excellent gains on 91 octane fuel. Stock wastegate spring pressure works with this tune.

Level 2 - 91-93 Octane - 193 RWHP / 220-225 Crank HP: Our Level 2 tune is again rated for 91-93 octane and is very safe. This melody is absolutely crazy to be able to function on an X3  RR bone stock. The maximum increase is around 22-23 PSI and levels off at around 20-21 PSI. The stock clutch is generally fine, but our clutch kit will significantly help improve performance and control top RPM. Our wastegate kit is recommended. This tune will work great with stock exhausts, but even better with aftermarket exhausts. Your wastegate rod should be shortened 2 turns from the factory position with a crack pressure of 9-10 PSI.

Level 3 - 91-93 Octane MAX tune - 204 RWHP / 235 -240 Crank HP: Our Level 3 Tunes puts the hammer on 91-93 octane!  It will peak around 23-24 PSI and maintain around 22-23 PSI...about 1 PSI more than our Level 2. This is a big gain of 24 RWHP over factory, or  204- 205 RWHP on our test bench. Our wastegate kit ishighly recommended. This tune will work great with stock exhausts, but even better with aftermarket exhausts. If you ride hard like in the dunes, we suggest using 93 octane or increasing the octane to 91 with a booster, OR upgrading to an aftermarket exhaust will remove enough heat of the engine to run 91 octane. Your wastegate rod should be shortened 4 turns from the factory position with a crack pressure of 11-12 PSI.

Level 4 - 95-100 Octane - Beast Mode - 213 RWHP / 250-255 Crank HP: This Tune is rated for 95-100 octane and was developed using a can of unleaded VP Octanium in a tank of fuel. Mixing other racing fuels with the setting to get 95-100 octane would work great, but keep in mind that leaded fuels can damageO2 sensors when constantly using leaded fuel. Now for the fun part...this tune is INSANE for a stock turbo tune and takes your X3 RR to a new level at 213 RWHP on our dyno. This is a 33 RWHP gain that increases to 25-26 PSI at peak, then levels off at 24-25 PSI. Here are a few other problems with this tune...the speedometer has trouble keeping up with the nasty acceleration and the tires keep burning. A free-flowing exhaust like our 3" system is highly recommended for proper power. A clutch is required to keep peak RPM under control. Your wastegate rod should be shortened 6 turns from the factory position with a crack pressure of 12-13 PSI. Our Bleed Valve Kit is HIGHLY recommended to avoid turbo damage.

Tuning Levels Explained: We have 3 different pump fuel settings.ents so the customer can tune the vehicle to a usable power level wherever it is, and it's sort of an RPM Cheater. Let's say you're primarily trail running and don't need level 3 power... but you're going to the dunes. You can run level 1 on the trails and set your clutches for that and then when you go on the trails. dunes, raise it to level 2 or 3 and increase the maximum rpm without adjusting the clutch. Sometimes the clutch still needs to be done for better performance by the refurbished side parts, but this at least reduces the gap, so you usually don't need to adjust the weights or the propeller. For us, this is ideal for short trips where you simply don't have time to change the clutch.

Exhaust: We have found that the exhaust on these vehicles flows very well for factory, but remains restrictive when settinge in reel. . On the test bench you can see and feel it on the ground. The more boost you run, the more power is retained. With Levels 3 and 4 we were able to see RWHP gains of 6-8 from 0-50 compared to the OEM exhaust. After about 55-60 MPH the stock exhaust/power level is within a few % of aftermarket. Plus, aftermarket exhausts like ours will remove heat MUCH better, so your X3 RR will perform more consistently and powerfully when driven hard.

Maximum boost levels are listed for reference only. Altitude, temperature, charge temperature, intercooler temperature and many other conditions play a role in final boost power.

To avoid damage to the turbocharger, we would recommend our blow off valve kit at level 3 or higher. Level 4 and above, the discharge valve is absolutely necessary. Using this much boost, turbo surge can be a real problem when entering or exiting the throttle.
