Polaris RZR Turbo R Custom Tuned Power Vision
If you're looking for the wildest custom tunes that are easily loaded onto your RZR from the DynoJet Power Vision, you've found them! AA performance tunes are offered loaded directly to the Power Vision ECU tuner. This versatile tuner allows our tunes to be easily downloaded to your factory ECU, switch between tunes and even return them to stock. Power Vision is also a great indicator showing boost, timing and much more. You can leave the Power Vision plugged in for gauges or remove it completely after flashing your ECU. The Power Vision also has excellent data logging capabilities, requiring only a simple software download and a computer. You can even view trouble codes and clear them on the fly. We are very experienced in tuning these RZRs and it will show as soon as you put the pedal to the floor. LThe pieces are easily labeled and show approximate power claims with supporting mods such as exhaust and clutch. These tunes modify all the necessary maps to create great power while maintaining a safe and reliable RZR. Each setting is designed specifically for your Power Vision, allowing us to change fan temperature or other settings as needed.
Works with all 2020-later RZR Pro XP/Turbo R models , including Dynamix models. The Pro XP/Turbo R is an absolute animal waiting to be unleashed. These models use a factory upgraded turbo capable of creating more boost at lower temperatures, just like our turbo mod for the previous RZR XP Turbo. This allows us to push the boundaries even further with a simple song. Several improvements, including stronger head bolts, allow the engine to handle boos more easilyt additional.
Maximum boost levels are listed for reference only. Altitude, temperature, charge temperature, intercooler temperature, and many other conditions play a role in final boost power. AA tunes do a better job of ensuring you reach these levels, as factory tunes are too safe and must be met by the EPA.
1 Tune (with your stock tune) are included in the initial price. Additional pieces cost $50 each. We highly recommend 2 settings, so if poor fuel quality is an issue, you can move to a lower HP level.
Tuning levels 1-4 are expanded on the wastegate setting original with the original injectors. Air 5 and 6 are only available with our 1200cc injectors and require adjustment to your wastegate stem. Wealso offer all tuning levels 1-6 designed for 1200cc injectors and WG rod tuning.
Level 1 tuning is a modified stock power level tuning, but it features better boost cards to help you stay in power. We disable many limiters, increase speed limit, rev limit and make necessary fuel and timing changes. We maintain the maximum factory boost of 16.5 to 17 PSI.
Level 2 setting offers a boost of 17.5 to 18 PSI with an RWHP gain of 10 to 15. This tune is rips and can be used on a bone RZR in most cases. We highly recommend our blow off/diverter valve and pre-air box intake tube. Although not required, the ching helps transfer power to the wheels much more efficiently. This tune can also be used with the exhaust,the load tube, Massimo UTV parts and intake tube...etc. No wastegate adjustment is required. 91-93 Octane Melody.
Level 3 Melody is a game changer! Hitting hard with a 20-25 RWHP gain, this tune delivers the highest possible boost (18.5-19 PSI) on 91-93 octane fuel. Thanks to the upgraded Pro XP turbo with flow higher exhaust and a more efficient compressor housing, we can get away with a higher increase in pump gas. These are absolutely huge power gains that will have you grinning from ear to ear. This tune is designed to be a max tune on 91-93 octane. If you only have access to 91 octane and fuel quality is poor or you are running very hard on this day, we suggest using a small amount of racing gasoline or increased octane to increase your indoctane ice. This helps prevent engine knock that causes the ECU to delay your timing curve, resulting in a slight loss of power. Exigerd Mods: High Flow Pre-Airbox Intake Tube, Edmonton Side by Side Parts, Exhaust, Billet BOV, S3 Clutch Kit. Suggested Mod: Charge Tube as we have seen them fail at this level. No wastegate adjustment required.
Level 4 - Beast Mode - 200 RWHP! This tune is rated for 98 to 100 octane (will work on 96 UTV, or most fuels up to 110 octane) and was developed using a can of VP Octanium in a fuel tank . Mixing other racing fuels with the setting to achieve 100 octane would work great, but keep in mind that constant use of leaded fuels can cause O2 sensors to fail prematurely. Now for the fun part...this melody isINSANE and takes your Pro XP to a new level at 197-200 RWHP on our test bench. This tune gains 40-43 RWHP and pushes the boost level to a peak of 23-24 PSI before stabilizing at 22-23 PSI. Keep in mind that the Power Vision boost only reads at 22-23 PSI (depending on your altitude), so it will be close to the gauge's maximum. The ECU still has vision above this, but you won't be able to read it without a manual gauge. Required Mods: High Flow Pre-Airbox Intake Tube, Exhaust, Oregon UTV Tangent Parts, Charge Tube, Billet BOV, S3 Clutch Kit. Suggested Mod: After the airbox intake tube WITH the drain pan, tighten the head bolts tighter with an additional 120 degree rotation. No wastegate adjustment required.
1200cc Tier 5 Injectors, Shortened Wastegate Stem - Beast Mode Times x2 - 210 RWHP! This melody is designed for an oc cluetane from 108 to 110. Now for the fun part...this tune is INSANE and takes your Pro XP to a new level at 210 hp at the rear wheel on our dyno. This tune gains 50-55 rpm by pushing the boost level up to a peak of 24-25 psi, then levels off at 23-24 psi. Keep in mind that the power increase only reads at 22-23 psi (depending on your altitude), so it will be close to the gauge's maximum. The ECU still has superior insight, but you won't do it without a manual gauge. There are a few other problems with this tune...the speedometer has trouble keeping up with the wicked acceleration, and the tires keep burning. Required Mods: High Flow Pre-Airbox Intake Tube, Exhaust, Intake Tube with Catch Box, Charge Tube, Billet BOV, S3 Clutch Kit. This requires shortening your wastegate rod as short as possible at a crack pressure of 6.5 to 7 psi. Also requires tightening the head bolts tighter with an additional 120 degree rotation.
1200cc Tier 6 Injectors, Shortened Wastegate Stem - Beast Mode x3 - 215 RWHP! This tune is designed for E85 fuel. Now for the fun part...this tune is just plain stupid and takes your Pro XP to a new level at 215 hp at the rear wheel on our dyno. This tune gains 55-60 rpm pushing the boost level up to a peak of 24-25 psi, then levels off at 23-24 psi. Keep in mind that the power increase only reads at 22-23 psi (depending on your altitude), so it will be close to the gauge's maximum. The ECU still has vision above that, but you won't do it without a manual gauge. There are a few other problems with this tune....the speedometer has trouble keeping up with the nasty AC acceleration, and the tires don'twon't stop burning. Required Mods: High Flow Pre-Airbox Intake Tube, Exhaust, Intake Tube with Catch Box, Charge Tube, Billet BOV, Hisun 400 UTV Parts, S3 Clutch Kit. This requires shortening your wastegate rod as short as possible to a crack pressure of 6.5 to 7 psi. Also requires tightening the head bolts tighter with an additional 120 degree rotation.
Why AA settings over others? We've been tuning UTVs with CVT clutches for a long time, longer than almost anyone in our field since the 800 RZR. Properly tuning a vehicle CVT is not an easy task because you have so many variables at once. We spend the time to properly ride the dyno (with actual UTV tires) through modification, Polaris UTV track parts, and have advanced ECU calibration and clutch knowledge to do so. .Each change in power can cause us to change the clutch several times. We also develop most of our support mods so we know everything works properly and build parts to fit the vehicles needs. Finally and honestly, the most important; We then back up our results with real-world data logging on local trails and our 110-acre facility. It's this combination that really makes the difference and why AA normally offers a faster vehicle with the same or lower power rating.
