Polaris RZR Turbo S Custom Tuned Power Vision

If you're looking for the most badass custom tunes that are easily loaded onto your RZR from the Dynojet Powervision, you've found them! AA performance tunes are offered loaded directly to the Powervision ECU tuner. This versatile tuner allows our tunes to be easily downloaded to your factory ECU, club car UTV parts, switch between tunes and even go back to stock. The Powervision is also a great indicator showing boost, timing and much more. You can leave the Powervision plugged in for gauges, utv nz accessories, ssr 170 utv aftermarket parts, or remove it completely after flashing your ECU. The Powervision also has excellent data logging capabilities if you download the software and use your laptop.  You can even view trouble codes and clear them on the fly. We are very experienced in the rtuning these RZRs and it will show. Our melodies are just set up correctly, and anyone with a Powervision should have these melodies! They are also easily labeled and will show approximate power claims with support.sorting mods such as exhaust and clutch. These tunes modify all the maps needed to create big power, while still maintaining a reliable and safe RZR.  Each setting is designed specifically for your Powervision, allowing us to change fan temperature or other settings as needed.

2019+ o2 model year and color option explained: 2017-18 models ALL have the standard black wire. In 2019+ models the blue o2 cables are broadband models and we need to know that. These models are a different ECU type and will NOT perform an ECU reading (we provide your original file).

Level 1 tune is a tuneof modified original power level, but has better boost cards to help you stay in power.  We deactivate many limiters, increase the speed limit, rev limit and make necessary changes to fuel and timing. The 2017+ factory setting runs at a max boost of 14.5-15 psi, and we keep that in this setting, it's just easier to get and maintain that level.

The Level 2 tuning offers 16-1.6.5 psi of boost and a gain of 10-15 rwhp.  This tune can be used with the stock or aftermarket exhaust.  The clutch is not necessary, but is highly recommended with this setting, as simply adjusting the machine will not properly transfer power to the ground. Another important power gain is the clutch. 91-93 Octane Accord.

91-93 Octane Accord Level 3 is a game changer! Hitting hard at +20-25rwhp, this tune delivers the most boostlift possible (17-17.5 psi max) with 91-93 octane fuel. Thanks to the thicker head gasket and larger injectors on the 2017+ models, we're able to get away with that kind of power on the fuel pump. These are absolutely huge power gains that will have you grinning from ear to ear.  This tune must be used with an aftermarket exhaust to run on 91 octane fuel and requires a clutch. If you're running 93 octane (or 91 with octane boost), you can run the stock exhaust/cat removed, but you'll be leaving power on the table. Adjusting the discharge gate rod (2 turns shorter) is necessary for the adjustment to work properly. Billet BOV is also highly recommended.

Level 4: This tune is designed for 98 to 100 octane (will work on 96 UTV, or most cafuels up to 110 octane) and was developed using a can of VP Octanium. to a fuel tank. Mixing another racing fuel with the setting to get 100 octane would work great, just keep in mind that leaded fuels can damage o2 sensors when constantly using leaded fuel . Through extensive testing, we know that this is the limit of the factory turbo before it becomes ineffective and simply starts blowing too much hot air. We patch many maps for this octane rating, ensuring the highest possible power. This track packs a huge +30rwhp punch with just a small amount of extra octane. Exhaust and clutch are necessary with this tune. Adjusting the discharge gate rod (2 turns shorter) is necessary for the adjustment to work properly. BOV ticket is also recommended.

Level 5: Prepare to drop the hammer with a gain of 35-40rwhp! If you don't like losing races, this song is your friend and if your friends don't like losing either, they may not be your friends for long. This tune is developed for 110 octane fuel (unleaded gasoline is recommended if you plan to run your o2 sensor) and hits really hard.  This tune hovers around 18.5-19 psi maximum. This is where we found that the turbo was mostly maxed out, so we looked at our timing charts and worked. Adding a revised timing curve with these boost pressures is a recipe for absolutely stupid power that hits harder than you can imagine. Exhaust and clutch are necessary with this tune. Adjustment of discharge gate rod (2 turns shorter) is required for adjustmentworks correctly. BOV ticket is also recommended.

Level 6:  Do you have local E85?  It’s time to stock up and start turning heads!  This tune is developed on stock injectors and stock fuel pump for E85 fuel...that's right, just fill up and hammer away.  E85 is a great racing fuel replacement because it performs great and can handle high boost and adva.need timing maps...which equates to impressive power!  We produce all our pieces at level 5 and even a little higher.  Keep in mind that E85 uses about 30% more fuel to run, so it will burn through fuel quickly.  This tune runs on average between 18.5 and 19 PSI of boost. Adjusting the wastegate stem (2 turns shorter) is required for the adjustment to work properly.

Maximum boost levelsare listed for reference only. Altitude, temperature, charge temperature, intercooler temperature, and many other conditions play a role in final boost power. AA airs do a better job of making sure you meet these levels, because factory airs are too safe and need to be addressed by the EPA.

Why our airs over Dynojet airs ? It really depends on our level of tuning. The great thing about our tunes is that they are easily labeled, listing boost numbers and approximate power gains. They have been proven to produce and maintain power longer than dynojet air.  Not only that, Nordik UTV Parts, but we test with clutch, exhaust and other parts to ensure our pieces work well with all factors.  Dynojet actually calls for a ton of boost in its melodies, and the dyno has confirmed our statement that more is not always better. You can see the power climb quickly and make good numbers, but then fade away very quickly.  This is caused by too much boost demand and the turbo not being able to reach or handle that number.  Our safer bits will retain power longer and be much easier on your engine and turbo.  When your RZR goes out of tune or starts blowing too much hot air because the boost is too high for the modifications or fuel, it can become slower than stock!  Since we spend a lot of time on RZRs, we know the limits and can push the limiters further, giving you higher speed limits and many other things hidden in our maps. Everything is taken care of for you, ensuring you have the best piece(s) out there... which should be worth every pennye!
