Polaris RZR XP Turbo Custom Tuned Power Vision
If you're looking for the most badass custom tunes that are easily loaded onto your RZR from the Dynojet Powervision, you've found them! AA performance tunes are offered loaded directly to the Powervision ECU tuner. This versatile tuner allows our tunes to be easily downloaded to your factory ECU, Segway UTV parts, switch between tunes and even return to stock. The Powervision is also a great indicator showing boost, timing and much more. You can leave the Powervision plugged in for gauges, or remove it completely after flashing your ECU. The Powervision also has excellent data logging capabilities if you download the software and use your laptop. You can even view trouble codes and clear them on the fly. We are very experienced in tuning these RZRs and it will show. Our melodies are simply configuredreed correctly, and anyone with a Powervision should have these tunes! They are also easily labeled and will show approximate power claims with supporting modules such as exhaust and clutch. These tunes modify all the maps needed to create big power, while still maintaining a reliable and safe RZR. Each setting is designed specifically for your Powervision, allowing us to change fan temperature or other settings as needed.
2019+ o2 model year and color option explained: 2017-18 models ALL have the standard black wire. In 2019+ models the blue o2 cables are broadband models and we need to know that. These models are a different ECU type and will NOT perform an ECU reading (we provide your original file).
Level 1 tune is a level 1 tune. modified original power, but has better mapsof boost to help you stay in power. We disable many limiters, increase speed limit, rev limit and make necessary fuel and timing changes. The 2017+ factory setting runs at a maximum of 14.5-15 psi of boost, and we keep that in this setting, it's just easier to get and maintain that level.
The Level 2 setting offers 16 to 16.5 psi of boost. boost and a gain of 10-15rwhp. This tune can be used with the stock or aftermarket exhaust. The clutch is not necessary, but is highly recommended with this setting, as simply adjusting the machine will not properly transfer power to the ground. Another important power gain is the clutch. 91-93 Octane Accord.
91-93 Octane Accord Level 3 is a game changer! Hitting hard at +20-25rwhp, this tune delivers the highest boost possible (17-17.5 psi max) with fuel at ioctane rating of 91-93. Thanks to the thicker head gasket and larger injectors on the 2017+ models, we're able to get away with its kind of power on the fuel pump. These are absolutely huge power gains that will have you grinning from ear to ear. This tune must be used with an aftermarket exhaust to run on 91 octane fuel and requires a clutch. If you're running 93 octane (or 91 with octane boost), you can run the stock exhaust/cat removed, but you'll be leaving power on the table. Adjusting the discharge gate rod (2 turns shorter) is necessary for the adjustment to work properly. Billet BOV is also highly recommended.
Level 4: This tune is designed for 9 people.8-100 octane (works with UTV 96, or most fuels up to 110 octane) and was developed usinga can of VP Octanium in a fuel tank. Mixing other racing fuels with the tune to get 100 octane would work great, off road utv parts, napa utv parts, just keep in mind that leaded fuels can kill o2 sensors when constantly using leaded fuel. Through extensive testing, we know that this is the limit of the factory turbo before it becomes ineffective and simply starts blowing too much hot air. We patch many maps for this octane rating, ensuring the highest possible power. This track packs a huge +30rwhp punch with just a small amount of extra octane. Exhaust and clutch are necessary with this tune. Adjusting the discharge gate rod (2 turns shorter) is necessary for the adjustment to work properly. BOV ticket is also recommended.
Level 5: Prepareget ready to drop the hammer with a gain of 35-40rwhp! If you don't like losing races this song is your friend and if you are friends you don't like losing EI.There utv mx 2000 parts they may not be your friends for long . This tune is developed for 110 octane fuel (unleaded gasoline is recommended if you plan to run your o2 sensor) and hits really hard. This tune hovers around 18.5-19 psi maximum. This is where we found that the turbo was mostly maxed out, so we looked at our timing charts and worked. Adding a revised timing curve with these boost pressures is a recipe for absolutely stupid power that hits harder than you can imagine. Exhaust and clutch are necessary with this tune. Adjusting the discharge gate rod (2 turns shorter) is necessary tothat the setting works correctly. BOV ticket is also recommended.
Level 6: Do you have local E85? It’s time to stock up and start turning heads! This tune is developed on stock injectors and stock fuel pump for E85 fuel...that's right, just fill up and hammer away. E85 is a great racing fuel replacement because it works great and can handle high boost and advanced timing maps...which is an impressive bit of power! We produce all our pieces at level 5 and even a little higher. Keep in mind that E85 uses about 30% more fuel to run, so it will burn through fuel quickly. This tune runs on average between 18.5 and 19 PSI of boost. Adjustment of the wastegate stem (2 turns shorter) is necessary for the adjustment to function properly.
The pressure levelsmaximum boost are listed for reference only. Altitude, temperature, charge temperature, intercooler temperature, and many other conditions play a role in final boost power. AA settings do a better job of ensuring you reach these levels, as factory settings are too safe and need to be addressed by the EPA.
Why our settings rather than Dynojet's? It really depends on our level of tuning. The great thing about our tunes is that they are easily labeled, listing boost numbers and approximate power gains. They have been proven to produce and maintain power longer than dynojet air. Not only that, but we also test the clutch, exhaust, and other parts to make sure our settings work well with all factors. Dynojet actually requires a ton of boost in their engines.lodies, and the test bench confirmed our assertion that more is not always better. You can see the power climb quickly and make good numbers, but then fade away very quickly. This is caused by too much boost demand and the turbo not being able to reach or handle that number. Our safer bits will retain power longer and be much easier on your engine and turbo. When your RZR goes out of tune or starts blowing too much hot air because the boost is too high for modifications or fuel, it can become slower than stock!
