Polaris Ranger XP 1000 (2018-2020) P90X Secondary Clutch
For those looking to replace their factory Polaris Ranger XP 1000 (2018-2020) P90X secondary clutch. Available bare (without propeller or spring) or loaded with AA propeller, spring and butter washers. The clutch is hammered to prevent the ring from coming out, a common problem with the OEM clutch. The clutch comes with our HD rollers installed, which are machined in-house from the highest quality materials. Must already have a primary adjustable clutch if you choose loaded with an AA propeller and spring. Contact us if you need to order a primary clutch or view the appropriate S4 clutch kit for your model if a replacement primary clutch is also needed.
The biggest problem with the P90X clutch is that it doesn't have enough belt grip. . When the first P90X models arrived, they were equipped with a soft secondary spring that slid the belt in plow speed. They were then fitted with a stiffer secondary spring and now the problem is that they spin too high for good belt grip with this spring. Our S2 kits help combat this problem with a stiffer secondary spring for even better belt grip, and the correct primary weight/spring to achieve proper RPM. Our S3 clutch kit includes everything the S2 does, but adds the propeller. The helix adds more aggressive shifting to the secondary clutch, giving you big acceleration gains and making it feel like your throttle is locked to the rear wheels.
Performance Helix :
107-1043: Lighter Vehicle Weight, UTV Parts Canada, Lighter Tires, UTV Plow Accessories, Yamaha UTV Parts Canada, UTV Side by Side Parts, Geiser UTV Parts or Higher Horsepower Vehicles . Aggressive propeller with higher acceleration/power/paggressive, fast-paced helots in mind.
- Rangers: Works best with 27-30 inch tires and OEM gearing or with 31-35 inch tires with under-ratio.
High load:
Helix 107-1042: Slightly less aggressive than the 1043 propeller with good acceleration/power transfer gains compared to the OEM propeller. Designed for normal to heavier vehicle, Racing UTV Parts, MX 2000 UTV Parts, Massimo 500 UTV Parts, Bobcat UTV 3400 Parts, heavier tires, heavy sand load or crawl type driving in mind.
- Rangers: Works best with 31-35" OEM tires and gears. Great all-around propeller for any Ranger!
