Our Stage 3 recoil clutch kits pack a huge punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport and have spent many hours testing different setups around the world.L. They will just help with the primary clutch and get things set to where they should be.
This kit includes our complete and heavy duty AA primary clutch. This clutch is the same design on the 2016-2020 RZR Turbo models with an encapsulated tower design. We found this clutch holds power better, resists better (no blowout), elemara utv parts, utv parts wholesale and belt slip less. It simply meets the requirements of these high-power vehicles and has proven itself. This clutch also maintains belt grip better than billet clutches, especially at higher RPMs. This primary clutch is our own version made with premium tool steel for the post, assembled with AA HD sliders, to our AA specifications.
Performance Helix 107-1065: Aggressive Helix with higher acceleration/poweraggressive/fast-paced riders in mind. Works best on Rangers equipped with 27-30 inch tires and OEM gearing or those equipped with 31-35 inch tires with gear reduction.
High Load Helix 107-1062: Slightly less aggressive than the 1043 prop with good acceleration/power transfer gains over the OEM prop. Designed with a heavier vehicle, heavier tires, heavy sand load or crawl type driving in mind. Works best on Rangers with 31-35" tires and OEM gearing. Great all-around propeller for any Ranger!
Our recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which features increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and increased surface lubrication.clutch also offer excellent performance and the ability to adapt to many different applications or modifications. in the future, without the need to purchase additional parts. Magnetic weights are the best option to properly place mass where we need it for best performance for your application.
WARNING REGARDING THIS CLUTCH: This clutch is noisier at idle because these clutches have a loose spider/slider tolerance until the engine RPM increases. This clutch is tight under the cover and CAN lightly contact the plastic at idle, making some wear marks (extremely rare, but we have seen it due to cover gaps). The main bolt has a turned down (shortened) head to fit under the cover. This is easier to strip, so be careful when tightening and be sure to use a socket18 mm hexagon. If you disassemble the clutch, UTV parts distributors, the 6 button head Allen bolts from the spring cover are also easy to strip if you use the wrong size (or standard), they are 4mm.
