The ultimate kit for your Ranger 1000 Single Cam from 2020! This clutch kit replaces your entire secondary clutch and comes complete with primary weights and spring. Our clutch is the Team Tied floating version built specifically for the driveshaft of the 2020+ Single Cam models. This is the same style clutch found in the 2014-15 XP 1000 and other high-end models over the years. This clutch actually floats on the shaft, helping to maintain alignment from idle to full gear change. It's a great design that works great and lasts a long time. Switching to this clutch means fewer belt/clutch issues, auto zone utv parts, better clutch consistency, better belt alignment and better performance.
Our kits S3 recoil clutch packs a huge punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for des days. On the trail or race track, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you step back on the throttle after hammering that horn. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Are you going into the mud? Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport and have spent many hours testing different setups in the real world. The secondary clutch is professionally configured and ready to bolt on. This is a Team Tied floating clutch loaded with our performance propeller and spring. This is the same great clutch style that came from the factory on the top of the line 2014-15 models. This clutch actually floats on the shaft, helping keep it aligned from idle to full shift, leading to cooler belt temperatures and longer belt life.
Our ecoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which has increased wear resistance, utv mx 2000 parts, improved fatigue resistance and extra surface lubricity. These clutch weights also offer excellent performance, and the ability to fit manydifferent applications or modifications in the future, without the need to purchase additional parts. Magnetic weights are the best option for properly placing mass where we need it to get the best performance for your application.
An excellent initial setup guide is included that shows the best setups for dunes , UTVs. parts.com, mud, utv description, polaris utv parts or all around the trail. This also contains brief instructions on installing your clutch kit and other important information.
Standard Load: Intended for stock or near stock size tires ( 26-30") and is that of most fast trail riders or racers.
High Load: Intended for those with larger tires (31-32"), UTV parts American Sportworks, mud tires, dune racers and those with 28" or larger paddles. The mudding and duning are considered high loads and should be entered slightly differently. The components of our mud and dune (high load) setups are the same, but you will notice that your setup guidelines for adjustable recoil weights will be different between these two applications.
Keep it engine Braking: As factory. Most slower pace runners (mud, ridden mountain bike parts, crawling or very hilly terrain) will keep the EBS in place.
Remove engine braking: Most trail runners/racers or Faster paced dune runners will choose to remove it. .
Depending on many factors, we normally find that factory secondary clutches begin to fail between 1,000 and 2,000 miles.
NOTE: This kit requires updating belt level to the RZR XP 1000 style. This is an option as some may already have itwelcome to us.
