The ultimate kit for your Ranger 1000 Single Cam from 2020! This clutch kit replaces your entire primary clutch, secondary clutch and all internal components...a completely new clutch with the AA High Performance Clutch Kit.  Our clutch is the Team Tied floating version built specifically for the driveshaft of the 2020+ Single Cam models.  This is the same style clutch found in the 2014-15 XP 1000 and other high-end models over the years.  This clutch actually floats on the shaft, helping to maintain alignment from idle to full gear change. It's a great design that works great and lasts a long time.  Switching to this clutch means fewer belt/clutch issues, autozone utv parts, better clutch consistency, better belt alignment and better performance. The primary clutch is the AA HD version modeled on the clutchhe durable primary RZR XP 1000.

Depending on many factors, we normally see factory secondary clutches start to fail between 1,000 and 2,000 miles, which may require removing your primary clutch as well.  Replacing both at the same time is the best option.

The primary clutch will be set up and ready to bolt on if you indicate your tire size/type and any performance modifications. Also let us know if you have made any gear changes (different transmission ratios or gates). The primary clutch is the AA Heavy Duty version modeled after the durable RZR XP 1000 primary clutch, assembled in-house with our HD primary knobs made from premium material (Teflon impregnated). The clutch also features our HD hardened bushingless rollers, meaning they will last much longer than OEM Polaris clutch parts with preventive maintenance.tif appropriate. We also weld the spider nut during assembly as this is a known issue with the OEM nut coming loose at high RPMs causing major problems. This also means that the clutch is not rebuildable, although we often find that when it is time to rebuild a clutch, it is normally time to completely replace it due to wear.

The secondary clutch is professionally installed and is ready to bolt on. This is a Team Tied floating clutch loaded with our performance propeller and spring. This is the same great style clutch that came from the factory on the top of the line 2014-2015 models. This clutch actually floats on the shaft, which helps keep it aligned from idle to full shift, leading to cooler belt temperatures and longer belt life.

Our recoil clutch weightshave easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which features increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and increased surface lubricity. These clutch weights also offer excellent performance, and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, without the need to purchase additional parts. Magnetic weights are the best option to correctly place mass where we need it on the best performance weight for your application.

We offer two clutch kits:

Standard Load: Intended for stock or near stock size tires (26-30") and is for the fastest tires. Pace trail runners or racers.

Load high: intended for those with larger tires (31-32"), utv parts.com, mud tires, description of the utv, polaris utv parts, dune racers and those with 28" or larger paddles. Mud and dunes are considered high loads and should be torqued slightly differently. Components of our mud and dune setups dunes (high load) are the same, but you will notice your setup guidelines for adjustable recoil weights will be different between these two applications.

EBS (Engine Braking) Options:

Retain Engine Braking: Same as factory Most slower paced riders (mud, crawling or very hilly terrain) will keep the EBS in place.

Remove Engine Braking: Most. Faster paced trail runners/racers or dune runners will choose to remove it.

      Although we will configure the weights for you (if you provide the necessary configuration information), each Ranger is different and it is possible to adjust the weight. may be necessary.       Clutch Puller Note: You will need the P90X Clutch Puller to remove your OEM clutch. The AA HD Clutch uses the standard XP Turbo / XP 1000 Primary Clutch Puller.

      Special tools recommended for installation: P90X Primary Clutch Puller, Leduc UTV Parts, P90X Primary Clutch Puller, embStandard Polaris primary striping, TIED clutch belt removal tool.

      NOTE: This kit requires belt upgrade to RZR XP 1000 style. This is an option as some may have already purchased it from us.
