Our Stage 3 recoil clutch kits pack a huge punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. This clutch kit replaces your entire secondary clutch and comes with primary weights and spring. For the 2016 and newer machines they went with a BOSS secondary clutch which is cheap, wears out extremely quickly and causes problems. This clutch is the Team Tied version built specifically for the driveshaft of the 2016+ models.  This is the same style clutch found in the 2014-2015 XP 1000 and other high-end models over the years. This pouch is a great design that works great and lasts a long time. Switching to this clutch means fewer belt/clutch issues, better clutch consistency and better performance.

Our recoil clutch weights are easypartially adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, UTV brake parts, Moab UTV parts, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) that has increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and extra surface lubricity. These clutch masses also offer excellent performance and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, without the need to purchase additional parts.  Magnetic weights are the best option for properly placing mass where we need it on the weight to achieve the best performance for your application.

We offer two kits: Standard Load and High Load. The standard load kit is for stock or near stock size tires (28"-30") and is intended for most fast-paced runners or trail runners. The embedding kitHigh Load striping is intended for those with larger tires (31"-32"), Axis 500 utv parts manual, mud tires, dune racers and those with 28" or larger paddles. Mud and dune are considered high load and should be geared slightly differently.  The components of our mud and dune (high load) setups are the same, but you will notice that your setup guidelines for adjustable weights will differ between these two applications.

Engine braking option: Choose between keeping the engine braking as factory or removing it. Most trail runners /faster paced dune riders or riders will choose to remove it. Most slower paced riders, such as mud, crawling, or very hilly terrain, will keep the EBS in place.
