Polaris RZR (2021+) P90X Secondary Clutch (Loaded)
For those looking to replace their factory P90X secondary clutch starting in 2021. Available bare (without propeller or spring) or loaded with AA, UTV propeller parts in mesa, spring and butter washers. The clutch comes with our HD rollers installed, which are machined in-house from the highest quality materials. Must already have a primary adjustable clutch if you choose loaded with an AA propeller and spring. Contact us if you need to order a primary clutch or view the appropriate S4 clutch kit for your model if a replacement primary clutch is also needed.
The biggest problem with the P90X clutch is that it doesn't have enough belt grip. . When the first 2021 models arrived, they were equipped with a soft secondary spring that caused the belt to slide at full speed. They were then fitted with a stiffer secondary spring and now the pThe problem is that they turn too high for good belt grip with this spring. Our S2 kits help combat this with a stiffer secondary spring for better belt grip, utv autozones part, and the correct weight/main spring to get the right rpm. Our S3 clutch kit includes everything the S2 does, but adds the propeller. The helix adds more aggressive shifting to the secondary clutch, giving you big acceleration gains and making it feel like your throttle is locked to the rear wheels.
Performance Helix 107-1065:
Lighter vehicle, lighter tires or more powerful vehicles. Aggressive propeller with acceleration/higher horsepower/fast-paced aggressive riders in mind.
- XPT/Turbo S: Works best with 29-32 inch tires or 28-32 inch paddles 30 inches with a level 2 or higher setting. .
- Pro XP: works betterur 2 seats with 30-33 inch off-road tires, 30-32 inch dune paddles. Works on 4 seats with 30-32" off-road tires, 28-30" dune paddles.
- Turbo R: Works on 2-seater models with 32-33 tires inches. Not suggested for 4-seat Turbo R models.
- Rangers: Works best with 27-30 inch tires and OEM gearing or with 31-35 inch tires with under-ratio.
High-Load Helix 107 -1062:
Slightly less aggressive than the 1065 prop with good acceleration/power transfer gains over the OEM prop. Designed for normal to heavier vehicle, 24V Thunder UTV Parts, 6 Passenger UTV Comparison, Bully UTV Parts, UTV Windshields & Accessories, Heavier Tires, Heavy Sand Load or Type Driving crawling in mind.
- XPT/Turbo S: Works best with tires of29 to 35 inches or 28 to 32 inch dune pallets. OEM tuning is correct, 2012 Hisun 500 UTV parts diagram, but still works great with the added HP. Best All-Purpose Propeller for the 2021 RZR Turbo.
- Pro XP: Works on 30-35 inch 2-Seater Off-Road Tires, Massimo 550 UTV Parts, and 30-32 Dune Paddles inches. Works best on 4 seats with 30-33" all-terrain tires, 28-32" dune paddles. Great all-around propeller for any Pro XP!
- Turbo R: Works on 2 and 4 seat models with 32-35 inch tires or 30-33 inch paddles. Great all-around propeller for any Turbo R!
- Rangers: Works best with 31-35 inch tires and OEM gearing. Great all-around propeller for any Ranger!
