For machines from 2016 onwards, Polaris has opted for a BOSS secondary clutch which is cheap and wears out extremely quickly. Our replacement is a Tied version built specifically for the driveshaft of the 2016+ models. This is the same style clutch used on the 2014-2015 XP 1000 and other high-end models over the years. He is a proven artist. This pouch is a great design that works great and lasts a long time. Upgrading your secondary means fewer belt/clutch issues, better clutch consistency, and superior long-term performance.

Depending on many factors, we findWe normally start to fail factory secondary clutches between 1,000 and 2,000 miles. If your secondary fails, it could also potentially damage your primary clutch. This mIt's perfect for a hard day on the trail.
We offer two kits: standard load and high load. The standard load kit is for stock or near stock size tires (27"-29") and is intended for most fast-paced runners or trail runners. The High Load Clutch Kit is for those with larger tires (30"-32"), Mud Tires, 24V Thunder UTV Parts, Dune Runners, Windshields and UTV Accessories, ATV parts, UTV Parts Guy discount code, UTV Gator accessories, and those with 28" or larger paddles. Mud and dunning are considered high load and should be geared slightly differently.
Engine Braking Option: Choose between maintaining engine braking as Most faster paced trail runners/runners or dune runners will choose to remove it. Most slower paced runners like mud , Bulldog ATV parts, crawling or very hilly terrain will keep the EBS in place.
Although we sell a roller conversion kit which greatly increases the performance and longevity of the BOSS secondary, this replacement is the real solution.
