Our Stage 4 recoil clutch kits pack a huge punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or racetrack, you'll notice brutal acceleration and instant clutch response when you step back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport and have spent many hours testing different setups around the worlde real. The absolute ultimate kit for your RZR XP 900! This clutch kit replaces your entire primary clutch, secondary clutch and all internal components. a brand new clutch with the AA high performance clutch kit. The secondary clutch is a Team Tied loaded with our performance propeller and spring. This is the same clutch released from the factory during the years 2011-2014. The master clutch supplied with this kit is the same design as the factory clutch, but with AA HD knobs and rollers.

We offer two kits: Standard Charge and High Charge. The standard load kit is for stock or near stock size tires (26"-30") and is intended for most fast-paced runners or trail runners. The High Load clutch kit is intendedto those with larger tires (31"-32"), mud tires, dune racers and those with 28" or larger paddles. Mud and dunking are considered high load and should be clutched slightly differently The components of our mud and dune (high load) setups are the same, UTV definition, but you will notice that your setup guidelines for the adjustable reversing weights will differ between these two applications.

Engine Braking Option: Choose between keeping the engine braking as factory or removing it Most faster paced trail runners/racers or dune riders will choose to remove it. , such as mud, crawling or very hilly terrain, will hold the EBS in place.

The primary clutch will be set up and ready to bolt on if you tell us the size and type of your tires.ment know if you have made any gear changes (different gears or tranny portals). If you are using tires and paddles, please list both and we will set it up the best way possible to make both work. The primary clutch supplied with this kit is the same design as the OEM but assembled internally with our HD primary knobs made from premium material (Teflon impregnated). The clutch also features our HD rollers that are hardened, nearby UTV accessories, side by side, bushing free refrigerator parts. This means they will last much longer than OEM Polaris clutch parts. We also weld in the spider nut during assembly, as they are known to back out and cause major problems. This means the clutch is not rebuildable.  Keep in mind that when the clutch needs rebuilding, it is normallyIt's time to buy a new one anyway.

The secondary clutch is professionally set up and ready to bolt on. This is a Team Tied responsible for our performance propeller and spring. This is the same great clutch that came out of the factory during 2011-2014.

Our recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) that has increased wear resistance, Lake Havasu UTV parts, Z parts, improved fatigue resistance, Coleman UTV parts and a additional surface lubricity. These clutch masses also offer excellent performance and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, without the need to purchase additional parts.  The magnetic scale hts are the best option for plcorrectly place the mass where we need it on the weight to get the best performance for your application.

While we configure the weights for you, tusk parts utv, every RZR is different and weight adjustment may be necessary. It is very important to check the maximum RPM after installation.
