The biggest problem with the Pro R clutch is that they don't have enough grip on the belt. Our S4 kits help combat this with a stiffer secondary spring for better belt grip, UTV trailer parts, Elemara UTV parts and the correct weight/main spring to achieve proper RPM. Our propeller adds more aggressive shifting to the secondary clutch, giving you big acceleration gains and making it feel like your throttle is locked to the rear wheels.
This kit includes our complete and robust AA primary clutch. This clutch is the same design as the OEM but with the option of either a full billet clutch or a pBillet inner pulley (known weak point) with a molded outer assembly for lower cost. We found that this clutch retained power better, resisted better (no inner pulleys blew out), and had less belt slip - especially when clutching for higher rpm and power. It simply meets the requirements of these high-powered vehicles, and is proven to work.
Our recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which features increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and increased surface lubricity. These clutch masses also offer excellent performance and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, all without the need to purchase additional parts. Magnetic weights aret the best option to properly place mass where we need it to get the best performance for your application.
Choice of Naturally Aspirated Kits:
Standard Load: The Standard The Load Clutch Kit is for stock or near stock size tires and is intended for most fast riders or racers. If you are crawling with a 2-seater model on 34-35" tires, we recommend the High Load configuration. You will sacrifice some acceleration but will have much better low-end belt grip for less belt slippage. Models 2 seats: 32 -35" all-terrain tires or 30-32" pallets 4-seater models: 32-33" all-terrain tires or 28-30" pallets

Choice of forced induction kits:
Helix 1072: 1072 is the safe bet for any tire or paddle size, but especially for larger tires like 35-37". If using 450+HP on 32-33" all-terrain tires, a 1078 propeller is required. 2-seat models: 32-37" all-terrain tires or 30-35" paddles 4-seat models: all-terrain tires -32 to 37 inch terrain or 30 to 35 inch paddles
Helix 1075: Total performance propeller for those who use more than 450 hp consistently 2-place models: All-terrain tires of. 32-37 inch or 32-33 inch paddles 4-seat models: 32-35 inch off-road tires or 32-33 inch lightweight paddles
Primary clutch does not come with spring and weights installed Simply configure your weights according to our configuration chart, then install them.weight and spring.
