Our Stage 2 recoil clutch kits pack a huge punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport and spend many hours testing different setups in the real world. NoWe know you will be extremely pleased with the performance gain from our clutch kits!   

This kit includes our complete, heavy-duty AA primary clutch. This clutch is the same design as the 2016-2020 RZR Turbo models with an encapsulated tower design.   We found that this clutch retained power better, held up better (no explosion) and had less belt slippage. It simply meets the requirements of these high-power vehicles and has proven itself. This clutch also maintains belt grip better than machined clutches, especially when clutching at higher RPMs. This master clutch is our own version made with premium tool steel for the post, assembled with AA HD sliders, to our AA specifications.

The biggest problem with Pro XP clutch is that they don't have enough grip at the ceinture. When the first Pro XP models arrived, they had a soft secondary spring that made the belt slide at full speed. They were then fitted with a stiffer secondary spring and now the problem is that they spin too high for good belt grip with this spring. Our Stage 2 kits help combat this problem with a stiffer secondary spring for even better belt grip, and the correct primary weight/spring to achieve proper RPM. Our club Stage 3 tch kit (not yet available for 2021 models) includes everything the Stage 2 does, but adds the propeller. The propeller adds more aggressive shifting to the secondary clutch, giving you big acceleration gains and making it feel like your throttle is locked to the rear wheels.

Our recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple aimants. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which features increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and increased surface lubricity. These clutch weights also offer excellent performance and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, utv windshields and accessories, rng utv parts, all without the need to purchase additional parts. Magnetic weights are the best option for properly placing mass where we need it to get the best performance for your application.

DISCLAIMER REGARDING THIS CLUTCH: This clutch is noisier at idle as these clutches have a loose spider/slider tolerance until the engine RPM increases. This clutch is tight under the cover and MAY lightly come into contact with the plpolishes at idle, causing some wear marks (extremely rare, but we have seen it due to lid variations). The main bolt has a turned down (shortened) head to fit under the cover. This is easier to strip, so be careful when tightening and make sure you use an 18mm hex socket. If you disassemble the clutch, UTV parts cost, the 6 spring cover button head Allen bolts are also easy to strip if you use the wrong size (or standard), they are 4mm.
