Our Stage 4 Return Clutch Kits (Stage 3 kit with replacement secondary) pack a huge punch!  No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days.  On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner.  In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune.  The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for this sport and spend manyhours testing different configurations in the real world.  We know you will be extremely pleased with the performance gain from our clutch kits!

The biggest problem with the Pro XP clutch is that they don't you don't have enough grip on the belt.  When the first Pro XP models arrived, they had a soft secondary spring that made the belt slide at full speed.  They were then fitted with a stiffer secondary spring and now the problem is that they spin too high for good belt grip with this spring. Our Stage 2 kits help combat this problem with a stiffer secondary spring for even better belt grip, and the correct primary weight/spring to achieve proper RPM. Our Stage 3 Clutch Kit includes everything that Stage 2 does, but adds the propeller.  The propeller adds more aggressive shifting to the embrsecondary gearing, which gives you big acceleration gains and makes it feel like your throttle is locked to the rear wheels.

This kit includes our clutch Complete and robust AA primary. This clutch is the same design as the 2016-2020 RZR Turbo models with an encapsulated tower design. We found that this clutch retains power better, resists better (no explosion), and slips the belt less. It simply meets the requirements of these high-power vehicles and has proven itself. This clutch also maintains belt grip better than billet clutches, especially when clutching at higher rpm. This primary clutch is our own version made with premium tool steel for the post, assembled with AA HD sliders, to our AA specifications.

Performance Helix 107-1065: Aggressive propeller withacceleration/higher power/fast paced aggressive riders in mind.  Works on Pro XP 2 seater 30-33" off-road tires, 30-32" dune paddles.  Runs on Pro XP 4 seat with 30-32 inch all-terrain tires and 28-30 inch dune paddles.

Helix 107-1062 at high load: slightly less aggressive than the 1065 Propeller with good acceleration/power transfer gains compared to the OEM Propeller.  Designed for heavier vehicle, heavier tires, heavy sand load or crawl type driving. Works on Pro XP 2-Seater 30"-35" All-Terrain Tires, 30"-32" Dune Paddles. Works on Pro XP 4 seat with 30" to 33" all-terrain tires, 28" to 32" dune paddles. Excellent All-Purpose Propeller for any Pro XP!

Our recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets.  They have an AA profilecustom, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which features increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and increased surface lubricity. These clutch weights also provide excellent performance and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, UTV Parts Sales, Bobcat 3400 UTV Parts Manual, Fortnine UTV Parts, all without having need to buy additional parts.  Magnetic weights are the best option for properly placing mass where we need it to get the best performance for your application.

DISCLAIMER REGARDING THIS CLUTCH: This clutch is noisier at idle because these clutches have a loose spider/slider tolerance until the engine RPM increases. This clutch is tight under the cover and MAY lightly come into contact with the plasticthan at idle, creating some wear marks (extreme very rare, but we have noticed it due to coverage gaps). The main bolt has a turned down (shortened) head to fit under the cover. This is easier to strip, so be careful when tightening and make sure you use an 18mm 6-point socket. When disassembling the clutch, the 6 button head allen bolts on the spring cover are also easy to strip if you use the wrong (or standard) size, they are 4mm.
