Our S3 Return Clutch Kits pack a huge punch!  No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, great passion for the sport, NRP UTV parts, UTV plow accessories and spend many hours testing differentreal-world configurations.  We know you will be extremely pleased with the performance gain from our clutch kits!

The Pro-R comes with the largest CVT clutch ever installed on a UTV to date. It features unmatched cooling/airflow to keep the longer belt cool, zhejiang xinyang utv parts and some cool features. However, this large diameter P90X clutch system still has some flaws. The biggest problem with the Pro R clutch is that it doesn't have enough grip on the belt. Just like the Pro XP/Pro R/RZR Turbo models, the secondary spring is too soft from the factory, but simply adding a stiffer spring is not the right solution. It is the combination of parts that ensures good grip of the belt.  Our S3 kits help combat this with a custom AA propeller and stiffer secondary spring for better neck griprear wheel, all ball bearing UTV parts and the correct main weight/spring to achieve proper RPM and maintain belt grip in the primary clutch. We go from a ton of black belt marks on the secondary to almost nothing in wide open throttle abuse testing.

Our S3 clutch kit for the Pro-R picks up the revs faster for better acceleration out of the engine. the 4-cylinder engine, which makes them accelerate much faster with quicker response.  Thoroughly tested for maximum run to run inconvenience.

Our S3 clutch kit includes our custom cut 1072 propeller which is necessary to properly transfer the extra power from forced induction kits.  The propeller adds more aggressive shifting to the secondary clutch, giving you even better acceleration gains and making you feel more locked in to the rear wheels. This is extremely important on the Pro R as they seem to go down a bit, without feeling like the revs are reaching the tire.  We spent many hours on the bench and in the field testing different angles to find what absolutely works best.  We found that this angle worked very well with all tire sizes and power levels. A specific angle at high load was not necessary due to the low range gearing and larger clutches.  Simple weight adjustments will allow you to choose tires from 32 to 37 inches. For those who regularly crank over 450hp, we have an even more aggressive 1075 propeller.

The AA propeller has MUCH less roller/pawl noise when changing from loading to unloading on the drivetrain .  Our roller pocket is smaller and without an EBS notch (don't worry, they still have excellent frein engine, especially at low revs).  This also helps extend the life of the secondary clutch roller.

Our recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which features increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and increased surface lubricity. These clutch masses also offer excellent performance and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, all without the need to purchase additional parts. Magnetic weights are the best option for properly placing mass where we need it on the weight to achieve the best performance for your application.

1072 Helix: 1072 is the safe bet for any tire or paddle size, mounting accessories for UTV, but especially larger tires like 35-37". If using 450+HP on 32-33" off-road tires, a 1078 propeller is required. 2-seat models: 32-37" all-terrain tires or 30-35" paddles. 4-Seat Models: 32-37" All-Terrain Tires or 30-35" Paddles
