Our Stage 2 recoil clutch kits pack a huge punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when climbing that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. Our recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) that has increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance, Hisun UTV 500 parts and additional surface lubrication. These clutch weights also offer excellent performance and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, without the need to purchase additional parts. Magnetic weights are the best option to correctly place mass where we need it on the weight. for better performance for your application.
Although our weights are adjustableTo compensate for almost any condition, it is much simpler to replace a primary spring to gain lost RPM in the dunes. utv parts, but not crazy or out of control.
The only tool needed is our #1 compression tool. The main components can be made with the machine clutch. If you want to pull the primary to check the bolts behind it, or just to make installation easier, use this CLUTCH PULLER. Caution: Many XPT primary clutches are very tight on the crank (taper fit). If you are removing the primary, be sure to use plenty of grease on the puller tip and threads. A hammer may be required to remove the clutch.
Choose the standard trail kit or the race kit. Standard trail kits have a soft engagement spring while race kits have a higher engagement andharder for better holes.

- We strongly suggest upgrading to our clutch cover Revolver Billet with Tower Lock to increase strength and cooling of the primary clutch (note, this NOT(u> compatible with AA primary clutch fan blade)
