From trail machines to high horsepower setups, this is the only clutch we will use on our workshop vehicles. This kit includes our complete and heavy duty AA primary clutch.  This clutch is the same encapsulated tower design found on the 2016-2020 RZR Turbo and now on the 2024 RZR XP 1000 models.  We found this clutch held power better, held up better (no blowout), and slipped better. minus the belt. It simply meets the requirements of these high-power vehicles, and has proven itself.  This clutch also maintains belt grip better than billet clutches, especially at higher RPMs.  This master clutch is our own version made with premium tool steel for the post and now assembled with AA HD Sliders to our AA specifications as well as our Revolver Billet Clutch Cover with Tower Lock for even moreresistance and air circulation.

The clutch is not delivered assembled.  Simply configure your weights according to our configuration chart, then install the weights and spring.  Otherwise we have the option +25$ to have us on handCreate the main clutch for you, provided you inform us of engine modifications and tire size/type.

Our kits he S4 recoil clutch packs a huge punch!  No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner.  In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Our configurationon of mud will help spin those tires through the thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport, an online parts store and have spent many hours testing different setups in the real world. They will just help with the main clutch and get things set to where they should be.

The RZR XP 20241000 came very strangely from the factory.  The vehicle revs up right out of the gate and transfers no torque until you reach maximum revs.  This is sort of a racing setup, off-road mountain bike parts, but in reality it doesn't work well overall.  Our kit helps combat this with our specially designed propeller for this model as well as our weights and springs which are all key elements.és in the transfer of power to the rear tire.  This is shown on the test bench and is felt in the real world.  The clutch kit also adds enormous grip to the belt and is especially necessary when using larger tires.  The Performance Prop provides the greatest acceleration gain, while the High Load is a bit higher than stock, but less aggressive for excessively heavy/large tires, ramps, or mud driving.

Our "Cruiser" configuration (listed in the included clutch configuration sheet) is for those looking for less cruising RPM and less noise. The 2024 RZR XP 1000 has a higher factory RPM and is extremely noisy for a stock machine. The cruiser option loads heavier primary clutch weights with the included magnets. No need to buy a completely different kit if you're looking for conduitand quieter. This configuration reduces the maximum rpm to around 7,500-7,800 rpm instead of 8,300-8,600 as factory. This loses a bit of power, but if that's not your problem, this setup works extremely well to eliminate that brain buzz. This setup also offers even smoother engagement, crawls very well and still offers plenty of acceleration. Think more of a cross between a Ranger and a RZR when it comes to acceleration and feel. The best part is that you are not stuck with this setup.  You can simply revert to our standard clutch setups whenever you want more performance. Changing the weights usually takes 15-30 minutes and gives you the opportunity to clean/inspect your clutches.

Helix 1067 at high load: slightly less aggressive than the performance propeller with good acceleration gains /power transferance. the OEM propeller.  Designed to work for heavier vehicles, heavier tires, utv dfw parts, utv trail wagon parts, heavy sand loads or crawl type driving in mind. Works on 2 and 4 seater models with 30-35" tires or 30-33" pallets. Great all-around propeller!

Helix 1068 Performance: Aggressive propeller with acceleration/higher power/fast paced aggressive pilots in mind. Works best with a tuned vehicle. Works on 2-seater models with 30-32" tires. Not suggested for 4-seater models.

Our recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which has increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and additional surface lubricity. These clutch weights also offer excellent performance and. posability to adapt to many different applications or modifications in the future, without the need to purchase. additional parts. Magnetic weights are the best option for properly placing mass where we need it on f.weight or best performance for your application.

An initial setup guide is included that shows the best configurations for dunes, mud, yamaha utv parts, xinyang 500 utv parts, atv utv parts store or all around the trail. This also contains brief instructions on installing your clutch kit and other important information.
