If you're looking for the most badass custom tunes that are easily loaded onto your RZR from the Dynojet Powervision, you've found them! AA performance tunes are offered loaded directly to the Powervision ECU tuner. This versatile tuner allows our tunes to be easily downloaded to your factory ECU, switch between tunes and even return to stock. The Powervision is also a great indicator showing boost, 2003 Polaris UTV parts, timing and more. You can leave the Powervision plugged in for gauges, or remove it completely after flashing your ECU. The Powervision also has excellent data logging capabilities if you download the software and use your laptop. You can even view trouble codes and clear them on the fly. We are very experienced in tuning these RZRs and it will show. Our melodies are simply configureas correctly, and anyone with a Powervision should have these tunes! They are also easily labeled and will show approximate power claims with supporting modules such as exhaust and clutch. These pieces modify all the maps needed to create big power, while still maintaining a reliable and safe RZR. Each setting is designed specifically for your Powervision, allowing us to change the fan temperature and other settings as necessary. This tuner/tunes are designed for factory injectors.
Level 1 tuning is a large boost increase showing a 20 RPM gain at 14-14.5 psi of max boost. This tune is extremely responsive and will be your "keep it pinned for a mile" tune. Very gentle on the engine, but great power. Basically the same level of boost as the 2017 factory mapping. If you're just looking to upgrade to yourre version, this tune works great with stock tires, 8 ply UTV tires, NZ UTV accessories or aftermarket exhausts. The stock clutch can be used, but the clutch will provide a greater difference.
Level 2 tuning provides 15 to 15.5 psi of boost and an incredible 30 rpm gain . This Level 2 tune gives you serious, reliable power that you can harness all day long. This tune can be used with stock or aftermarket exhaust. The clutch is necessary to properly transfer power to the ground. 91 octane tuning.
Level 3 tuning provides 100% maximum power on pump fuel! Running 16-16.5 psi of max boost, utv rules, we gain a whopping 40 rwhp! Requires 91 to 93 octane fuel. If using 91 octane, make sure it does not contain ethanol and is not oxygenated. Ifyour area doesn't offer quality pump fuel, half a can of VP Madditive or Torco Accelerator will do the trick. A small mixture of a 1/2 gallon of racing fuel would also work to increase the octane to a safe level. Exhaust is recommended.
Level 4 setting runs at 17.5 PSI maximum and will really reduce horsepower! Gains of 50 rwhp were seen with this boost pressure. This adjustment requires 110 octane fuel with stock injectors. We recommend Lead Free 110 for use with your O2 sensor. We also recommend shortening your waste gate actuator rod by 1.5 to 2 turns to prevent the waste gate from opening slightly and limit boost.
Maximum boost levels are listed for reference only. Altitude, temperature, charging temperature, Rhino 700 UTV performance parts, temperaturere of the intercooler and many other conditions play a role in the final boost output. The AA tunes do a better job of ensuring you hit these levels, as the factory tunes are too safe.
Why our tunes over the Dynojet? It really depends on our level of tuning. The great thing about our pieces is that they are easily labeled, list boost numbers, Intimidator UTV parts catalog, Pitster Pro 150 UTV parts and approximate horsepower gains. They have been proven to produce and maintain power longer than dynojet air. Not only that, but we also test the clutch, exhaust, and other parts to make sure our settings work well with all factors. Lower level settings (1-2) are actually much safer than a dynojet "max boost" setting, especially if you are using a dynojet exhaust.original, while providing more power than their low boost settings. Safer tunes will retain power longer, Rhino UTV Parts, Axis UTV Parts, and will be much easier on your engine. When your RZR goes out of tune because the boost is too high for modifications or fuel, it can become slower than stock! Our level 3 tune has a higher boost and is louder. Our Level 4 and above tunes add racing fuel and will deliver even more power than any Dynojet tune. Since we spend a lot of time on RZRs, we know the limits and can push the limiters further, giving you higher speed limits and many other things hidden in our maps. Everything is taken care of for you, ensuring you have the best tune(s)...that should be worth every penny!
