Our S3 Return Clutch Kits pack a huge punch!  No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days.  On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner.  In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune.  The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go, and get there faster!  Are you going into the mud?  Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport and have spent many hours testing different setups around the worlde real.  We know you will be extremely pleased with the performance gain from our clutch kits!

S3 kits include our custom cut propeller which will significantly increase belt life and increase RPM for you allow quick access to power.uh.  The 2016 propellers were far too stiff and belt life suffered, especially in slower speed situations.  Our propeller helps better balance the clutch.

Anti-Chatter Torsion Kit: Upgrade to a complete secondary converted to spring and torsion style propeller. The main advantage is better belt grip thanks to the torsion spring gaining speed as it moves. Constant pressure against the helical buttons for less annoying secondary clutch noise, which also extends the life of the buttons. You will also notice smoother engagement, whichwhich is excellent for those who crawl. The secondary ring is shot peened to prevent coming out. The Torsion kit slightly limits top speed and must be used with the AA primary clutch limiter. Top speed 80-85 mph for most models.

Helix 1031/Torsion 1026 Performance: The 1031/1026 Torsion performance angle is what we use on all 2016 models equipped with tires or pallets from 28 to 33 inches. This propeller works extremely well with 2 or 4 seater models due to the lower gearing of the 2016els mod, utv accessories nz, 8 ply utv tires and lower gearing still on the 4 seater models.

High Load Helix 1021/Torsion 1032: We suggest this propeller for those running 34-35" tires.  This propeller angle is MUCH less aggressive than the stock propeller.  This slows down shifting and acts as if it is reducing the machine via the secondary clutch.

Do you ride on trails and dunes when our weights are adjustable to compensate? In almost all conditions, swapping a primary spring to gain lost revs in the dunes is much simpler. Some may want our TEAL PRIMARY SPRING which increases peak rpm from 200 to 300 which is normally lost with paddle/sand tires. This teal spring normally engages around 2100-2300 rpm, which is slightly higher than our standard spring, but not too high or uncontrollable.

Our clutch weights at recoil are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a personalized AA profile. , the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) that has increased wear resistance, proven fatigue resistance, Rhino 700 UTV performance parts and added surface lubricant. These clutch weights also provide excellent performance, Pitster Pro 150 UTV Parts, Catalogof Intimidator UTV parts and the ability to tune many different applications or modifications in the future, without the need to purchase additional parts.  Magnetic weights are the best option for properly placing mass where we need it to get the best performance for your application.

An initial setup guide is included that shows the best configurations for dunes, mud or all around the trail.

The only tool needed is our #1 compression tool. The main components can be made with the machine clutch. If you want to pull the primary to check the bolts behind it, Rhino UTV parts, Axis UTV parts, or just to make installation easier, use a CLUTCH PULLER. Caution: Many XPT primary clutches are very tight on the crank (taper fit). If you remove the primer, be sure to uselots of grease on the extractor tip and threads. A hammer may be required to remove the clutch.
