Our Stage 3 recoil clutch kits pack a huge punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when climbing that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go, and get there faster! Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport and spend many hours testing different setups in the real world. The biggest problem with the RZR Turbo clutch is that they don't do not have sufficient grip on the belt and that they slide poorly when they leave the factory. The Turbo and Turbo S models use a 230 rate finisher spring which on the Pro XP was a warranty issue and they went with the 260 rate spring. Why Polaris would use this spring again we exceeds, but we know they need this bone stock kit...and especially to add more power. Our kit uses a much stiffer secondary spring along with the right main spring/weight combination to give you tons of belt grip. This Stage 3 kit also includes our custom cut propeller in performance or high load angle. This propeller gives you better shifting characteristicsspeed on the secondary clutch for increased acceleration and better low-end response.
Performance Helix 107-1065: lighter vehicle, lighter tires, 9 Passenger UTV or Higher Horsepower Vehicles: Aggressive Helix with Acceleration/Higher Horsepower/Aggressive Fast Pace Drivers in Mind. Work with 29-32" RZR Turbo or Turbo S tires or 28-30" paddles with level 2 or higher adjustment.
Helix 107- 1062 at High Load: Slightly less aggressive than the 1065 prop with good acceleration/power transfer gains over the OEM prop. Designed with normal to heavier vehicle, heavier tires, heavy sand load or crawl type driving in mind. Works best with RZR Turbo or Turbo S with 29" to 35" tires or 28" to 32" dune paddles, OEM tuning is fine, but still works great withs Additional HP. Best all-around propeller for the 2021 RZR Turbo.
Our recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which has increased wear resistance, automatic palate parts, improved fatigue resistance and additional surface lubricity. These clutch masses also offer excellent performance and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, all without the need to purchase additional parts. Magnetic weights are the best option to correctly place mass where we need it to get the best performance for your application.

- We also HIGHLY suggest our Revolver Billet Clutch Cover with Tower Lock, as the design of the P90X clutch is very low.
