Our Stage 4 recoil clutch kits (S3 kit with a replacement secondary) pack a huge punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go, and get there faster! Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport and spend many hours testing differentdifferent configurations in the real world. We know you will be extremely happy with the performance gain from our clutch kits!
The biggest problem with the 2021 RZR Turbo clutch is that it doesn't have enough belt grip. When the first 2021 models arrived, they had a soft secondary spring that made the belt slide at full speed. They were then fitted with a stiffer secondary spring. the spring and now the problem is that they are rotating too high for good belt grip with this spring. Our S2 kits help combat this problem with a stiffer secondary spring for even better belt grip and the correct primary weight/spring to achieve proper RPM. Our S3 Clutch Kit includes everything the S2 does, but adds the propeller. The propeller adds more aggressive shifting to the secondary clutch, giving you moreons big acceleration gains and feels like your throttle is locked to the rear wheels.
This kit includes our complete heavy-duty AA primary clutch. This clutch is the same design as the RZR Turbo models with an encapsulated tower design. We found this clutch to hold. better power, better hold (no explosion), and slip the belt less. It simply meets the requirements of these high-power vehicles and has proven itself. This clutch also maintains belt grip better than billet clutches, especially when clutching at higher rpm. This primary clutch is our own version made with premium tool steel for the post, assembled with AA HD sliders, 9 seater utv, to our AA specifications.
Our recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which features increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and increased surface lubricity. These clutch masses also offer excellent performance and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, all without the need to purchase additional parts. Magnetic weights are the best option for properly placing mass where we need it to get the best performance for your application.
PerformanceHelix 107-1065: Vehicle lighter, lighter tires or higher horsepower vehicles: Aggressive Helix with acceleration/higher horsepower/fast paced aggressive drivers in mind. Works best with 29-32" RZR Turbo or Turbo S tires or 28-30" paddles with Level 2 or higher adjustmentur.
High Load Helix 107-1062: Slightly less aggressive than the 1065 propeller with good acceleration/power transfer gains over the OEM propeller. Designed with normal to heavier vehicle, heavier tires, auto palate parts, heavy sand load or crawl type driving in mind. Works best with the RZR Turbo or Turbo S with 29-35 inch tires or 28-32 inch dune paddles, OEM tuning is fine, but still works great with extra HP. Best all-around propeller for the 2021 RZR Turbo.
