Our Stage 3 Recoil Clutch Kits pack a huge punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go, and get there faster! Are you going into the mud? Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport and spend many hours testing different setups in myof reality. Tthe biggest problem with the 2021 RZR Turbo clutch is that they do not have enough belt grip. When the first 2021 models arrived, they were equipped with a soft secondary spring that caused the belt to slide at full speed. They were then fitted with a stiffer secondary spring and now the problem is that they spin too high for good belt grip with this spring. Our S2 kits help combat this with a stiffer secondary spring for even better belt grip, and the correct primary weight/spring to achieve proper RPM. Our S3 clutch kit includes everything the S2 does, but adds the propeller. The propeller adds more aggressive shifting to the secondary clutch, giving you big acceleration gainsand makes it feel more like your throttle is locked to the rear wheels.
With this clutch you will notice better power transfer (better acceleration) and lower belt temperatures than your OEM clutch P90X or any other aftermarket clutch.
Thiskit includes our complete, heavy duty AA primary clutch. This clutch is the same design found on the 2016-2020 RZR Turbo models with an encapsulated tower design. We found that this clutch retained power better, held up better (no explosion) and had less belt slippage. It simply meets the requirements of these high-power vehicles and has proven itself. This clutch also maintains belt grip better than machined clutches, especially when clutching at higher RPMs. This primary clutch is our own version made with high quality steel.premium tools for the post, assembled with AA HD sliders, 9 seater utv, to our AA specifications.
C lutch does not come assembled . Simply configure your weights according to our configuration chart, then install the weights and spring.
Oour recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets . They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which features increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and increased surface lubricity. These clutch masses also offer excellent performance and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, all without the need to purchase additional parts. Magnetic weights are the best option to correctly place the mass where we need it on the weight to get the best results.ures performance for your application.
Performance Helix 107-1065: Lighter vehicle, lighter tires or more powerful vehicles: Aggressive Helix with higher acceleration/power /Aggressive, fast-paced drivers in mind. Works best with 29-32" RZR Turbo or Turbo S tires or 28-30" paddles with Level 2 or higher adjustment.
High Load Helix 107-1062: Slightly less aggressive than the 1065 prop with good acceleration/power transfer gains over the OEM prop. Designed with normal to heavier vehicle, heavier tires, auto palate parts, heavy sand load or crawl type driving in mind. Works best with the RZR Turbo or Turbo S with 29-35" tires or 28-32" dune paddles, OEM tuning is good, but still doesn't work very well with extra HP. Best multipurpose propellergear for the 2021 RZR Turbo.
