Polaris RZR XP Turbo Primary Clutch Spring
Coleman UTV 400 Parts Diagram, Trailmaster UTV Parts,The springs are intended to replace the springs in your AA clutch kit or for the tuner who knows what spring they want.
Light Blue/ yellow 55-155: This is our standard spring in our XPT clutch kits, it has an engagement of 1800-2000 rpm in most cases
Light Blue/Green 70-155: This spring works great with slightly higher engagement around 2000-2100
Light Blue/Red 85 -180: engagement around 2100-2200 with a stiffer end rate producing about 150 rpm more than the above springs end at a rate of 155
Teal 90-225: This spring will normally engage around 2000-2200 RPM and will peak around 200 RPM. It's also a good spring for dunes, a bit better for slower riding than our solid light blue. This recovers normalment the revs lost by the high load of the sand and paddle tires, making it easier to choose spring replacement rather than ch. variable weights when changing from tires to paddles. It all depends on your tire size, Honda UTV parts near me, 2010 UTV parts, Hisun UTV 500 parts, Viper UTV parts, weight, Realtree XD UTV replacement parts and terrain... .you may still need to adjust the weights. .
Solid Light Blue 110-250: This is our racing spring with higher engagement between 2500 and 2700 rpm in the most cases. Peak RPM will increase approximately 200-300 RPM over the blue/yellow spring, so make sure you can fit 2 additional magnets into your AA clutch arms when installing this spring. Many will install this spring for dune riding instead of changing weight because it can achieve enough rpm neededsary. It all depends on your tire size, weight and terrain...you may still need to adjust the weights.
Unless you are advanced in clutch adjustment, we do not suggest running springs without our clutch kit
Springs DO NOT fit P90X primary found on 2021 Pro XP or RZR Turbo models
