Our Stage 4 Return Clutch Kits (Stage 3 kit with replacement secondary) pack a huge punch! No matter the terrain, 3D printed UTV parts, the new UTV-MX 2000 parts, they hit hard and keep pulling for days. On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when you climb that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a largee passion for this sport and spend many hours testing different configurations in the real world.  We know you will be extremely happy with the performance gain from our clutch kits!

The biggest problem with Turbo R Clutch is that they don't do not have enough grip on the belt. Our Stage 2 kits help combat this problem with a stiffer secondary spring for even better belt grip, and the correct primary weight/spring to achieve proper RPM. Our Stage 3 Clutch Kit includes everything the Stage 2 does, Bulldog 700 UTV parts, but adds the propeller. The propeller adds more aggressive shifting to the secondary clutch, giving you big acceleration gains and making it feel like your throttle is locked to the rear wheels.

This kit includes our complete and heavy duty AA primary clutch. This clutch isSame design as the 2016-2020 RZR Turbo models with an encapsulated tower design. We found that this clutch retained power better, held up better (no explosion) and had less belt slippage. It simply meets the requirements of these high-power vehicles and has proven itself.  This clutch also maintains belt grip better than billet clutches, especially when clutching at higher rpm.  This primary clutch is our own version made with premium tool steel for the post, assembled with AA HD sliders, to our AA specifications.

Helix 1062 to high load: Slightly less aggressive than the performance propeller with good acceleration/power transfer gains over the OEM propeller. Designed to Work Better for Heavier Vehicles, Heavier Tires, UTV Accessories for Defender, UT Hunting AccessoriesV, heavy sand loads or crawling type pipes. Works on Turbo R 2 and 4 seater models with 32"-35" tires or 30"-33" paddles. Great all-around propeller for any Pro XP or Turbo R!

Performance Helix 1065: Aggressive propeller with acceleration/higher power/aggressive drivers at pace in mind fast. Works best with a tuned vehicle.   Works on 2-seater Turbo R models with 32-33" tires. Not suggested for 4-seater Turbo R models.

Our recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburiz.ing) which features increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and increased surface lubricity. These clutch masses also offer excellent performance and the ability to adapt to many applications or modifications.we can look different in the future, all without the need to purchase additional parts. Magnetic weights are the best option for properly placing mass where we need it to get the best performance for your application.

DISCLAIMER REGARDING THIS CLUTCH: This clutch is noisier at idle because these clutches have a loose spider/slider tolerance until the engine RPM increases. This clutch is tight under the cover and MAY lightly contact the plastic at idle, causing some wear marks (extremely rare, but we have seen it due to cover variations).  The main bolt has a turned down (shortened) head to fit under the cover. This is easier to strip, so be careful when tightening and make sure you use an 18mm hex socket. If you disassemble the clutch, utv accessories edmonton, the 6 spLes boulRing cover button head Allen ons are also easy to strip if you use the wrong size (or standard), they are 4mm.
