Our Stage 2 recoil clutch kits pack a huge punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting stuck when climbing that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport, a 0-235 parts catalog and spend many hours testing different configurations.we in the real world. We know you will be extremely pleased with the performance gain from our clutch kits!
This kit includes our complete and heavy-duty AA primary clutch.ch. This clutch is the same design as the 2016-2020 RZR Turbo models with an encapsulated tower design. We found that this clutch retained power better, held up better (no explosion) and had less belt slippage. It simply meets the requirements of these high-power vehicles and has proven itself. This clutch also maintains belt grip better than billet clutches, especially when clutching at higher RPMs. This master clutch is our own version made with premium tool steel for the post, assembled with AA HD sliders, to our AA specifications.
The clutch is not delivered assembled. Configure simplyt your weights according to our configuration chart, then install the weights and spring. Otherwise we have the +$25 option for us to assemble the primary clutch for you, provided you notify us of engine modifications and tire size/type.
Our recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets. They have a custom AA profile, the BEST coating on the market (nitrocarburizing) which features increased wear resistance, improved fatigue resistance and increased surface lubricity. These clutch weights also offer excellent performance and the ability to fit many different applications or modifications in the future, all without the need to purchase additional parts. Magnetic weights are the best option to correctly place mass where we need it to get the best performance for yourapplication.
DISCLAIMER REGARDING THIS CLUTCH: This clutch is noisier at idle because these clutches have a loose spider/slider tolerance until the engine speed increases. This clutch is tight under the cover and MAY lightly contact the plastic at idle, causing some wear marks (extremely rare, ATV/UTV Parts LLC, but we have seen it due to cover variations). The main bolt has a turned down (shortened) head to fit under the cover. This is easier to strip, so be careful when tightening and make sure you use an 18mm hex socket. When disassembling the clutch, the 6 round head allen bolts of the spring cover are also easy to disassemble if you use the wrong size (or standard), they are 4mm.

- The biggest problem with the Turbo R clutch is that it doesn't have enough belt grip. Our Stage 2 kits help combat this with a stiffer secondary spring for better belt grip, and the correct primary weight/spring to achieve proper RPM.
- The kits work great with the original or modified machines, geiser utv parts, UTV parts Cleveland Ohio, however our Stage 3 clutch kit is best for tuned vehicles
- Works well aith tires from 32" to 35" and paddles from 30" to 33"
- A must when tuning your Turbo R to correctly transfer power to the wheels and avoid even more belt slippage
- A must-have when using larger tires or paddles
- Unpleasant throttle response when switching the throttle on and off
- More efficient power transferred to the wheels

- Slightly higher engagement but still very smooth (around 1,800-2,000 rpm /min)
- A (normally very accurate) initial setup guide is included, which shows the best setups for dunes, mud or all around thetrail. This also contains brief instructions on installing your clutch kit and other important information.
- Easily upgrade to the Stage 3 kit at a later date (simply purchase the propeller)
