Our S3 Return Clutch Kits pack a huge punch! No matter the terrain, they hit hard and keep shooting for days. On the trails or racing, you'll notice wicked acceleration and instant clutch response when you get back on the throttle after hammering that corner. In the dunes, you'll see the same benefits, but you'll also have a lot less getting bogged down when climbing that big dune. The machine will maintain the revs so you can get where you need to go and get there faster! Are you going into the mud? Our mud setup will help spin those tires through thickness and depth with much better RPM and wheel speed, which is key to getting out of that hole. We have a huge amount of CVT knowledge, a great passion for the sport and spend many hours testing different setups in the real world. The biggest problem with the Xpedition clutch is that they don't have enough belt grip, they gain RPM too quickly, yet maximum RPM is not reached quickly. Our kit helps combat this with a stiffer secondary spring than factory for better belt grip, and the right weight/primary spring to get the right RPM at the right time. Our S3 clutch kit includes primary weights, UTV hunting accessories, UTV tractor parts, spring, secondary spring and propeller. The propeller adds a more aggressive shift to the secondary clutch, giving you big acceleration gains and making it feel more like your throttle is locked to the rear wheels. The Performance Propeller provides the greatest acceleration gain, while the High Load is a bitmore than stock, but less aggressive for excessively heavy/large tires, crawling or mud driving.

Our "Cruiser" option is for those looking for less cruising RPM and less noise. The Xpedition has a higher RPM from the factory. The cruiser option loads the primary clutch weights more heavily with our slug magnets. These magnets are like 5 magnets in a large slug, whereas our standard magnets can only fit 3 in each hole. This allows us to roll more weight into the arms without having to purchase a completely different kit. This kit option reduces the maximum rpm to approximately 7,400-7,700 rpm instead of 8,300 as factory. This wastes a bit of power, but if that's not your problem, this add-on option works extremely well. This setup also offers even smoother engagement, ramps very well and still delivers gooda sudden acceleration. Think more of a cross between a Ranger and a RZR when it comes to acceleration and feel. The best part is that you are not stuck with this option. You can simply revert to our standard clutch setups whenever you want more performance. Changing the weights usually takes 15-30 minutes and gives you the opportunity to clean/inspect your clutches.

Helix 1062 at high load: slightly less aggressive than the performance propeller with good acceleration gains /power transfer. the OEM propeller. Designed to perform ideal for heavier vehicles, heavier tires, overly aggressive treads, heavy sand loads or crawling driving. Works on 2 and 4 door models with 30-35" heavier/aggressive tread tires over 44 lbs each or 30-33" pallets. Works well for this pn sizehad on 2 and 5 seat models.

Helix 1065 Performance: Aggressive propeller with acceleration/higher horsepower/fast-paced aggressive riders in mind. Works best with a tuned vehicle. Works well with lighter 30- to 33-inch tires weighing less than 44 pounds each and on 2- or 5-passenger models.

We highly recommend our clutch puller to pull the primary clutch when from installing the weights, parts side by side in line, when the clutch is retracted into the machine. We HIGHLY suggest using our Stryker belt as we have found it to grip much better to clutch.

We also suggest our Revolver Billet Clutch Cover with Tower Lock for improved strength and airflow.

The only special tool needed is our #1 compression tool.
