The new air intake kit replaces the stock corrugated rubber intake tube and paper mesh filter with Agency Power's durable silicone J-tube and our high-flow reusable air filter. This easy upgrade will be a huge benefit to the performance of your Polaris RZR Turbo. The J-tube and filter are direct replacements for the factory, allowing the use of the factory air inlet and housing to protect and facilitate airflow. By adding the Agency Power Cold Air Intake System, you will notice an increase in horsepower, torque, throttle response and overall improved handling on the RZRTurbo.
Each part of the intake has been meticulously designed to provide performance, longevity and reliability. Starting from the top, the custom high-flow Ag Ency Power filter features a blue mesh design with an AP logo tip. This mesh is made up of synthetic nano-fibers. The dry filter does not need to be oiled because its media has sub-micron diameters and small inter-fiber spaces, which results in capturing more contaminants compared to the paper filter of origin. This filter is reusable allowing you to easily clean it between outings. To further provide the best air quality for off-road use, Agency Power has created optional Manteaux branded custom pre-filter covers, designed specifically for the intake filter, to be purchased separately. /p>
The Agency Power silicone tube replaces the factory rubberized intake tube. The silicone tubee was designed to not only improve the performance of your RZR Turbo but also to provide easy installation between the turbocharger and the stock air box. Each tube is constructed from a 3-ply silicone material with a smooth interior that helps eliminate any turbulence caused by wavy designs. The silica intake tube is much stronger and durable than the factory tube, allowing it to better withstand harsh elements. This is a simple additional upgrade, no modifications need to be made for the installation. Each silicone intake tube includes a MAP sensor port, UTV Accessories Las Vegas, UTV Parts Moab Utah, crankcase breather port and blow off valve port to work with factory components.
