Factory UTV, the leading name in UTV undercarriage protection, introduces another industry first with its UHMW Standalone Front Differential Skid Plate for the RZR Pro. The stand-alone differential skid plate is designed to work with your original OEM skid plate, it is constructed from ultra-durable 3/8 inch thick UHMW, utv leduc parts, providing heavy duty UHMW protection but very smooth for the front of your Pro XP or Pro R. . Giving you the front protection you need, without sacrificing much-needed ground clearance.
NOTE: The stand-alone front differential skid plate is designed to work with the original equipment skid plate only. OEM, this item will not do it. work in conjunction with our other UHMW cover plate sets.
UHMW stands for: Ultra High Molecular Weight, ultimately it isit of a density measurement. During its manufacturing process, the molecules of this plastic are compacted as densely and close together as possible. UHMW is approximately 100x times denser than HMW and exponentially denser than ABS or other common plastics. Our UHMW is partially made from recycled UHMW materials, making the consistency stiffer and more absorbent than new plastic, allowing for the perfect amount of limited flex capacity needed to withstand impacts. Our UHMW has a very low coefficient of friction, meaning it is very slippery in harsh conditions, comparable to Teflon and other abrasion resistant materials, but it has the impact resistance and density needed to support it and withstand some of the harshest environments you can encounter.
