Designed for the most demanding, xy300 utv parts, xy 500 utv parts, el paso utv parts, turbocharged off-road CVT applications. Using Gates' proprietary materials and design, UTV gun accessories, G-Force RedLine™ CVT belts withstand extreme temperatures with excellent heat recovery, while maximizing load and torque capacity, resulting in makes one of the most efficient CVT belts on the market today.
Features:
- First on the market to use an ethylene elastomer compound to meet to the needs of larger SxS and high-horsepower PHEVs in harsh driving conditions.
- Next Next-generation EE compound provides maximum transverse stiffness and heat resistance, resulting in higher load capacity, higher maximum torque capacity, lessof "thermal fade" and less speed loss.
- Offers 75% higher dynamic axial stiffness on average, Up to 50% less speed loss and better recovery at temperatures ranging up to +170°C (+338°F) without loss of power.
- Unrivaled Temperature Capability – Operates in colder temperatures, resists glazing for better recovery and reduces cracking/pulling after operation at temperatures above +149°C (+300°F).
- Extended Belt Life – Belt life increased by 100-300% over competitive belts aftermarket under harsh laboratory and field testing conditions.
- Higher Power Capacity - Reduced speed loss (RPM) by 50% under high loads and increased load capacity of> 10% compared to other Replacement Belt.
Don't break your belt. BREAK IT.
If you don't break the belt correctly, you'll find yourself shredding the belt instead of the ground. In fact, most powersports belt failures can be traced to poor clutch break-in and adjustment – or no belt failure at all. Follow these three steps to ensure the best performance and longest life from your G-Force™ belt.
1. Install the right belt. Using a belt even slightly different from OE specifications can affect performance - or stop you in your tracks.
2. Align and clean. Align the clutches according to the manufacturer's specifications and clean the pulleys with a Scotch-Brite™ pad. Remove old belt residue, glazing, oils, Rhino 700 UTV Performance Parts and debris with alcohol or acetone from the clutch pulley area. DO NOT USE FR CLEANEREIN.
3. Install it and insert it. Perform two heating cycles (10 to 15 minutes each) at +27°C (+80°F) at 30 to 40 mph (2WD) with the cover installed. Return the belt temperature to normal operating temperatures, then shut the belt off and allow it to cool for 30 minutes. Repeat the process a second time. If the belt installation is at a temperature of +16°C (+60°F) or lower, perform two heating cycles in 20 minutes at 30-40 mph (2WD) with the cover installed. Return the belt temperature to normal operating temperatures, then shut the belt off and allow it to cool for 30 minutes. Repeat the process a second time. Carefully move through the entire shift range, without exceeding ¾ of the throttle. Return the belt to normal operating temperature (15 minutes), then turn it off and allow it to cool completely for 30minutes. Repeat process.
