POWER ON THE TOUGHEST OFF-ROAD TRAILS.
For over a century, utv brake parts, idaho Falls utv parts, utv parts ksl, Gates has led innovation in belt technology to power the machines that move you. Gates® G-Force™ C12CVT belt drives are designed to navigate the toughest off-road trails with power and efficiency. The industry's first CVT belt with carbon tensile cord also features a rounded rack and pinion trapezoidal design for superior flexibility and heat dissipation, as well as a unique gum adhesion that reduces fiber pull-out at the inside the belt, thus extending the life of the belt. Gates combines materials science and process engineering to create innovative products that deliver performance, autozone utv parts, used utv parts Canada, dhe UTV winch accessories, the reliability and strength needed to withstand even the harshest off-road environments. Continuous innovation is not just what we do. It's who we are.
Features:
Advanced materials science and technologyTechnology allows:
- Advanced carbon cord allows for stretch minimal with extraordinary strength for faster acceleration.
- The trapezoidal upper sprocket with the rounded lower sprocket provides excellent flexibility and efficiency.
- Elastomeric compound loaded with aramid fibers for optimized durability and performance.
- Achieves optimal power transmission for rapid acceleration, improved throttle response and consistent shifting performance.
- Maintains the maximum power throughout the race. shift curve.
DO NOT BREAKYOUR BELT. BREAK IT.
If you don't break the belt properly, you'll find yourself shredding the belt instead of the ground. In fact, most powersports belt failures can be traced to poor clutch break-in and adjustment – or no belt failure at all. Follow these three steps to ensure the best performance and longest life from your G-Force™ belt. In fact, most powersports belt failures can be traced to poor clutch break-in and adjustment - or no belt failure at all. Follow these three steps to ensure the best performance and longest life from your G-Force™ belt.
1. Install the beltright ure. Using a belt, even if slightly different from the original specifications, can affect performance or stop you in your tracks.
2. Align and clean. Align the clutches according to the manufacturer's specifications and clean the pulleys with a Scotch-Brite™ pad. Remove old belt residue, glass, oils and debris with alcohol or acetone from the clutch pulley area. DO NOT USE BRAKE CLEANER.
3. Install it and insert it. Perform two heat cycles (10 to 15 minutes each) at 80°F at 30 to 40 mph (2WD) with the cover installed. Return the belt temperature to normal operating temperatures, then shut the belt off and allow it to cool for 30 minutes. Repeat the process a second time. If the belt installation is at a temperature of 60°F or lower, perform two heat cycles in 20 minutes at 30-40 mph (2WD) withwith the cover installed. Return the belt temperature to normal operating temperatures, then shut the belt off and allow it to cool for 30 minutes. Repeat the process a second time. Carefully move through the entire shift range, without exceeding ¾ throttle. Bring the belt back to normal operating temperature (15 minutes), then turn it off and let it cool completely for 30 minutes. Repeat the process.
