Our BOV is rebuildable, has a polished piston and comes with a no questions asked warranty directly through us. The purpose of a BOV is not only to look cool, but it is designed to release pressure that builds up. on the load side of the system. With nowhere to go, the pressure can cause turbulence in the turbine, slowing the turbo spool and causing premature wear. By installing a blow-off valve, you can improve boost response, extend turbo life, and of course, get that cool swoosh sound! If you ever want to go back to stock, we include the billet cap needed to replace the BOV in order to eliminate the BOV. The X3 obviously did notThere's no stock provision for a blow off valve or bypass valve on the stock turbo system, so if you want to install a blow off valve on the Can-Am X3, there's no room for it! However, with our silicone blow-off valve hose, this is solved! The kit is designed to connect to the compressor side of your turbo and the plastic charge tube of the intercooler. This black silicone tube allows you to install our blow-off valve directly on it. Its smooth design eliminates any turbulence. For Vacuum, UTV track parts, we include a 2 piece billet port with a machined O-ring manifold that fits into the stock X3 manifold and provides access to the perfect location for referencing a boost gauge or a replacement blow-off valve. If you want to properly reference the manifold boost/vacuum pressure, you need to access behind the pales gases. Kindly, CanAm left a nice place to attach access and connection to the plastic intake manifold after the throttle body and before the cylinder head. Luckily there is a blocked plug there, Yamaha UTV parts, the hat comes off easily and this port fits nicely in its place. Our BOV is a machined billet anodized unit. Our valves are machined to precision tolerances allowing for perfectly seated and extremely smooth operating pistons. This allows for the smoothest throttle response and worry-free BOV operation. The RPM BOV is a MUST-have item to replace your machines that use a plastic BOV known to warp OR a machine without a BOV at all! This kit takes maybe 20 minutes to install. All you have to do is swap your main charging tube for the new silicone unit, plug in the new boost/vacuum nipple, plow partsutv for sale and attach your RPM blow off valve. This kit locates your new valve behind the driver's compartment access panel so it is easy to access right behind you.
