NEW TRIPLE roller option with a 1.25 diameter roller creates very consistent up and down shifting with improved roller wear. This latest design creates a huge improvement in engine braking compared to our twin roller tuner. Full billet construction capable of using compression springs with varying spring rate options. We have many helix angles, see menu above. We can also provide custom propeller angles to your desires for an additional charge.
The 2015 RZR XP 1000 comes with the required clutch cover spacer kit, part #2001006.
We also offer the option of an Encapsulated propeller design which prevents the drive from unloading, opening and upshifting during braking and jumping which some riders experience need.
Can be usedwith the original primer or the STM primer. The best results are obtained by running the STM primary and the STM tuner simultaneously.

Number of Shims - The amount of shims we install will determine the deflection of your belt or how tight the belt will be between your primary and driven clutch. Keep in mind that we are adjusting the deflection for a stock belt, for a pre-2010 RZR, choose 1 shim, 2011-2015 RZR, choose 3 shims, utv atv parts store, polaris utv parts, quad parts , UTV gun accessories, 6 passengers. NOTE: You want your belt to be as tight as possible without the bike moving forward when in idle gear.
Choose a propeller angle - The most popular propeller is 45 degrees. We have found this to be a good all-around propeller that works best for average to aggressive trail runners.
Choose a Spring – The most popular spring is the gold PS13.pring works well for most average to aggressive trail runners. If you have a turbo choose the blue KSS12 spring.
Comes with a belt removal tool and uses a stock bolt for installation.
