A Stronger Inverted ChainOur inverted chain has been improved to make it twice as large. strong as stock. So go ahead and reverse anytime and anywhere. Our upgraded reverse chain is more than capable of keeping up.Upgraded Sprocket and Diving GearOur diving sprockets and gears are made from 9310 alloy steel. This is the same gear material they use in airplanes, so To say it's durable would be an understatement. The front output shaft is made from 300M Hisun 700 UTV performance parts, which is one of the strongest steel alloys you can get. But it's not just about the materials: a strong material doesn't do much unless it's backed by expert manufacturing. Our tuba pinions and gears are lapped, meaning they are mated and lapped together during the production process. This gives you always-on operationrs fluid and fresh. A Thicker Pinion Bearing Retainer Your complete SuperATV transmission also comes with a heavy-duty pinion bearing retainer. We made sure it's built for battle, because your stock bearing carrier is one of the biggest weak points in your OEM transmission. If it's not super strong, your snorkel and sprocket could separate, parts in-line, overheat and break. Our thicker retainer holds the sprocket firmly in place to prevent this, giving you a smoother experience. more reliable driving. A Better Transmission Case What's the point of having top-notch gears if you don't have a top-notch gearcase to hold it all together? It's true, there isn't one. Through skillful and precise engineering, our Polaris transmission case is stronger in all the right places. We use 68% metal inmore on the dip tube and axle output, and we also added additional support ribs and gussets. These additional fins also help keep your transmission cooler. You choose speed reduction What do you think of additional torque? With a SuperATV full drivetrain, you have the choice of stock gear reduction, 12.5%, 25%, or 37.5%. Higher gear reduction gives you more torque, which is essential if you're packing on extra weight or running massive tires. More torque also gives you head-turning pulling power on tough commutes.
