POLARIS RZR CRANKCASE BREATHER KIT
RZR XP and XPT engines are notorious for excessive pressure in the crankcase, the factory breather system. recirculates the crankcase into the intake system from a breather housing located on the front underside of the crankcase.
The main problem with this design is the proximity of the breather housing to the oil pan, allowing the oil to circulate. to be done with the crankcase blown then put in your intake charge and burn. XPT models are notorious for rod bearing failures due to a number of issues, one being low oil. XPT engines hold just over 3 literses of oil and can draw more than a liter of oil through the original breather system in a very short time depending on driving and terrain.
The breather system of TPR Industry eliminates oil consumption and loss of oil stored in a breather tank as most kits are designed. Our multi-chamber tank is designed to collect oil and drain it to the crankcase via a large -16 AN line and redesigned billet breather box. While collecting fuel and water vapor in a separate chamber that can be drained. We've also incorporated a -10 valve cover breather cap that replaces your oil filler cap (which will fit under your stock cover) allowing your valve cover to also vent to the tank breather. By adding the valve cover breather, it reduces the blowing volume coming from the point of rafront lower massage, which does not allow carrying so much oil with it.
The TPR breather kit does not spray all the oil. on the rear of cars or starve your engine of oil like some other aftermarket kits do.
Some non-turbo XP models may require clutch inlet hose modifications. All XPT and XPT-S models will not require any modifications for installation. The kit will include all necessary parts and installation hardware, including ARP stainless steel bolts.
Extra length of pipe is provided for your proper mounting needs and will need to be cut to size. . If you don't have a good set of pipe cutters for pipes, PVC pipe cutters are a good alternative.

PUSH HOSES OVER PUSH-LOCK FITTINGS
It is strongly Recommended to use some sort of lubricant or silicone spray like Maxima SC1 on the barbs of the push-lock fitting in order to completely push the pipes onto the fitting things all the way. Pushing them dry could cause them to get stuck halfway without being able to fully seat them on the fittings. Hose clamps are NOT required for hoses.
