The new XDR Competition single exhaust system for 2016-2021 Polaris General 1000EPS 2/4 Dr models, uses full 304S stainless steel construction, bolts to the factory flange and is held firmly in place at using factory brackets and springs. Features include a large 2.25-inch mandrel-bent inlet pipe that flows into an XDR Competition muffler with a 2-inch mandrel-bent exhaust pipe to retain the OEM USFS qualified spark arrestor and exit to the stock location. The cheap factory plastic heat shield has been replaced with a black powder coated heat shield sporting a laser cut XDR logo. The custom heat shield not only looks good but provides better airflow, utv parts catalog, realtree xd utv 24v steering parts, armadillo utv 4s aftermarket parts, heat dissipation and claims you are selaughing about the performance. As a Competition XDR system, it will generally provide a moderate to aggressive sound level. Includes easy-to-follow installation instructions and all necessary hardware for quick and easy at-home installation. Note: This system does not include a catalytic converter and therefore does not meet emissions standards for on-road or trail use. Competition use only.
